Solid granola at a budget-friendly price. Great Value’s Oats %26 Honey Granola offers a surprisingly good balance of crunch, sweetness, and versatility. The clusters are firm without being jaw-breaking, and the honey flavor comes through without tasting artificial. It works well as a cereal, a yogurt topper, or just a straight snack from the bag.
Review: I've purchased this granola several times, and it's become one of my favorite breakfast options. It has a nice balance of oats and honey with just the right amount of sweetness, and the clusters stay crunchy even after opening the bag. I enjoy it with yogurt, sprinkled over fruit, or just as a quick snack. The 24 oz bag lasts a while, and the price is hard to beat compared to name brands. If you're looking for an affordable granola that's fresh, crunchy, and tastes great, I definitely recommend giving this one a try.
I enjoy my morning and evening Great Value Greek Vanilla yogurt. approximately 1/2 cup Great Value Oats and Honey. 1 cup yogurt and Great Value frozen wild blueberries. great way to start the day and a relaxing bowl of yogurt, berries and Oats and honey in front of the TV.
I love this granola so much. It has clusters as well as loose granola that adds a nice surprise crunch in my yogurt. It also pairs beautifully with the Greek yogurt parfaits I make. It's great for breakfast or just a snack at any time of the day. The resealable bag is convenient for keeping it fresh and crispy for your next use
We originally started with name-brand granola, but we quickly switched to this Great Value version and haven't looked back. Other brands are not a good cost versus quality and quantity for us. We needed something that was budget friendly but yet a healthy alternative to the typical junk food. Pros • Allergy Friendly: The most important factor for us is that this granola is peanut-free. Maintaining a peanut-free home is vital for our family, and we have never had a reaction to this product. It provides great peace of mind. • Excellent Texture: I love the variety of sizes in the bag. It's a great mix of small bits and large clusters, which gives you the perfect crunch every time. • Versatility: The options are endless with this granola. It's our favorite for building breakfast parfaits, but it also works surprisingly well as a crunchy topping for salads. • Value: It holds up just as well, if not better, than the more expensive name brands we used to buy. We purchase the larger bag because we have three teens and they can surely pack it in. Cons • None: It meets all our dietary needs and tastes great. The kids love it.
I like to make parfaits at home to grab for lunches. Granola that has delicate, but still noticable flavor, is what I prefer. This hits that mark all day long. To premake the parfaits, I don't add the granola until I plan to eat them because I don't want it to get soggy. (I mean really. Who wants soggy granola?) This flavor is perfect for vanilla yogurt. I'm sure it's great with other flavors, but vanilla is my fave, so I'm no help with variety. It tastes great with vanillla yogurt and strawberries, so I would assume it would be good with strawberry yogurt. That's logical, right? Right. Anyway, yes I'd recommend.
Oats and Honey Granola is a delicious, crunchy snack with just the right amount of sweetness. My family loves it for breakfast, sprinkled on yogurt, or eaten by the handful as a snack. The combination of crunchy oats and sweet honey give it a fresh, homemade taste that everyone enjoys. It's a pantry staple in our house.
When I eat yogurt, I choose the unflavored plain Greek yogurt. I prefer to use my own toppings. Great Value Oats and Honey Granola is one of my go-to toppings! The granola adds a nice slightly sweetened crunch to my breakfast/snack. The texture stays fresh and crunchy even when added to my yogurt. It is a convenience for my quick breakfast when I am running out the door to work. I love to take a handful sometimes and eat it as a healthier snack than grabbing the next sugary-laden sweet thing. You won't go wrong with picking up this granola. It tastes just as good as the top name brands but is easier on the pockets since granola is pricier anyway.
This truly is my favorite granola. I know, it's just granola, and to most that's true. For 2 decades now, I eat granola almost every day, for some meal (or snack). I've been making Yogurt Parfaits with vanilla yogurt, a variety of fruit (at least I switch up which fruits to add) and GRANOLA. (I've been known to munch on dry granola, too) . . . So, the type of Granola I use is important to me. There are very few I like, but this %231 . Truly, no matter what I'm buying at Walmart I will always purchase a bag of their OATS %26 HONEY GRANOLA. I truly prefer theirs over all the big name brands. It's crunchy and clumpy but not so hard you won't crack a tooth! It isn't overly sweet so it won't take over, all the different flavors. Oh, it even has a few of the rice crispies sprinkled in there. Annnd it's half price of most others! I def recommend . . .
Great Value Oats %26 Honey Granola is exactly what you’d expect for the price—and honestly, a little better. The flavor is nice and balanced, not overly sweet, with a good honey taste that doesn’t feel artificial. The texture has a decent crunch, though you do get some smaller crumb pieces in the bag. It works great as a cereal, on yogurt, or just as a quick snack. Portion size is generous for the cost, which makes it a solid everyday option. Only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is I’d like a few more clusters for that extra crunch factor—but overall, definitely worth buying again.
