I love this milk and hate when you are out of it for you downsize the space it had. This is a good product for seniors because it has a long shelf life so this is very good product and I would recommend you at least put 2 to 3 slots of milk back on the shelf
Love this milk but I don't understand why the store can never keep it in stock, it's beyond aggravating. If it keeps selling out maybe they should stock more of it. I've even dealing with this issue for years and it makes me want to shop some where else
It's organic. Besides not having all those poisons in it, organic lasts much longer and stays fresh. The taste is great, and it's creamy. I am willing to pay a little more than for the "other" milk - for my health and well-being. But, all milk prices are generally too high.
I've been buying the Great Value Organic 2% Milk for a while now, and it's honestly been a solid choice for everyday use. The flavor is clean and fresh, not watery like some other store brands. It lasts well in the fridge and doesn't develop that weird aftertaste as it gets close to the expiration date. I use it for cereal, coffee, and cooking, and it works great across the board. For the price, the quality is surprisingly good, and it feels like a reliable staple to keep at home.
We live Great Value Organic 2% Milk because it tastes great, has a nice rich flavor, and is an excellent value for my money, as it lasts forever. We were buying regular 2% milk and having to throw it out because it would go bad so fast, so we switched to the Organic and it lasts twice as long!! The Organic milk is more expensive, but if it stays good much longer, it's worth the extra money.
The price and flavor are good, however, lately I've noticed this milk gives me a congestion I don't get with any other dairy product. I used to drink it normally, but I had to switch back to the genuine Horizon or my ears are always clogged. This started around February or March 2025. Spent a long time trying to figure out the issue. It was the milk. They must've changed an ingredient.
Even though the expiration date was October 14 (it's August) the milk was badly spoiled so apparently had been out left without refrigeration at some point. This is no reflection on the home delivery shopper because it was cold when it came but somebody dropped the ball at some point. I dumped it.
I accidentally got this instead of organic valley organic milk and I doubt that it is organic milk. I buy organic because real organic brands are ultra pasturized, thus last the longest. My house isn't a big milk drinker. Unfortunately I have found that Walmart Organic Milk must not be ultra pasteurized because it goes bad as quickly a standard milk gallon. I have had this experience with both the walmart paper "organic milk" half gallons and the plastic walmart "organic milk" gallons. I can't believe they actively fool people with this scam and it's still ongoing. Since I accidentally bought this one, it's like accidentally throwing ypur money down the drain. WALMARTS "ORGANIC" LABELED MILK IS NOT ORGANIC! DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE LIE ON THE LABEL! IT IS NOT ORGANIC!
I had bought the organic Valley 2% and it was supposed to expire April 19 and last night. I was having a bowl of berries and I put the milk on and it tasted bad and I thought it was maybe the berries and later I made a cup of hot. chocolate. and realize the milk was bad so I'm ordering another one. Hopefully it will be OK.
Product was actually fine. It was the pick up process that was TERRIBLE! I drove into the slot as the directions said to do. Texted the number and it never connected! Ultimately I had to go in the store and get the milk and wait 20 minutes! That saved me absolutely ZERO time and actually I could have rotten it myself in 5 minutes! Will never order Walmart online again!
