So I've been eating pork rinds for decades. I usually use the same brand. But when I made a order for a delivery, I decided to add their generic. And I keep ordering them because they're the best ones I've ever had literally.!! Not too many puffy ones not too many hard ones a nice crunch and the price is amazing
This comes in a foil layered bag which keeps them fresh longer. My bag contained no extra dense tooth cracking rinds which I appreciate. Just fresh and very crunchy skins which are more healthy than potato chips because there is more fiber and less grease. Will be buying more of this!
Purchased these on a lark after seeing them in other people's carts while shopping. Great decision! These have better flavor and texture than the big brand names. And I don't think I even need to mention the value; these are significantly cheaper than the big brands. These are the only ones I purchase!
This flavor and the bbq are awesome. I buy these frequently and the bags are always full of the big , lighter texture pork rinds. I only run into the hard pieces at the bottom of the bag. These are a way better snack than chips or something full of sugar.
I like, no, LOVE chicharrones. And the Great Value brand has like 6 or 7 different flavors. The Great Value brand is much cheaper than the name brands and are higher quality than most other low priced chicharrones. The Great Value brand does not have the small, very hard kernel pieces that are common with the lower priced chicharrones, as I've tried several other brands of low priced chicharrones. Here's the “HOW” that I known this. I have no teeth and I have a sever “gag-reflex” to having false teeth in my mouth. I crunch the sifter chicharrones, and let my saliva soften the medium hardness ones. The really hard ones takes forever to soften, if they soften at all. So, there you go, accurate depiction of how hard they are. I will continue to buy the Great Value brand chicharrones for the above reasons. … Nuff Sayd
This is my first time buying 5oz Great Value Fried Pork Rinds bags. Ingredients: pork rinds salt / Carbs 0 grams / Protein 9 grams / Sodium 270mg Serving size = 1/2 oz These taste as good as more popular pork rinds I've tried. I would buy these again. I eat these plain and with guacamole as my dip.
These are a cheaper alternative to the higher priced ones, without sacrificing taste or crunch. I actually use them in place of cracklings when I want some crackling cornbread! Simply arrange them in a pan, mix up your cornbread batter in a separate bowl, then spoon the batter over them %26 bake as usual. It's simply delicious!! Plus it's easier on a sore mouth, or anyone with dental problems. Try it %26 I think you'll like it!!
I recently tried the Great Value Fried Pork Rinds in the original flavor, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good they are! They're perfectly crispy and have just the right amount of saltiness to satisfy my snack cravings. The texture is light and airy, but still has that satisfying crunch with every bite. What I love most is that they're a low-carb snack, so they fit well into my keto-friendly diet. They also don't feel greasy like some other brands. The bag size is generous for the price, making it a great value—no pun intended! If you're looking for a guilt-free, crunchy snack that packs flavor without the carbs, these pork rinds are definitely worth trying. I'll be picking up more on my next grocery run!
Tastes like burnt grease. I thought these would be like the Sam's Members Mark Pork Rinds which are terrific, but these are different. I see WM changed the bags from a clear version so maybe WM changed vendors too. They are rated at 4 stars, so I'm assuming these are from previous product rating as this version is an insult to my garbage can.
The texture and crunch was fine but these have no flavor and are somehow dry. Idk how you can make pork rinds dry but these turn into a dry powdery hard to swallow mass after chewing. I only got these as a substitute for Mac's. I won't purchase again.
