Great Value Original Cream Cheese Spread, 16 oz Tub

I have purchased a very popular national brand cream cheese for years. I recently decided to try the Great Value version I found the taste and appearance to be all but identical and the price only slightly more than half. I highly recommend and will purchase again.

I use this every day to spread on a flour tortilla topped with cheese, toast it in my little oven and consider that breakfast. Sometimes I add fajita chicken from the deli for supper. It's a smooth creamy texture, easy to spread and doesn't melt and run off the tortilla.

This cream cheese is a staple in my home. I love bagels %26 cream cheese and eat them as a quick meal or snack. For the price, you get way more product and it is made from the same manufacturers as the brand name product, your just not paying for advertisement cost. Great Value products are one of the best store brand products from big box chain stores. I buy this brand in any product that I eat to save money.

Taste as good as Philedelphia cream cheese, I cant tell the difference. Love it and will continue to buy it and save money and enjoy my breakfast and other reciepes

Nice consistency creamy spread that it perfect for bagels in the morning or for veggies ., I have even used it as a dip ingredient with a variety of add ingredients. Taste just as good as the other brands! I would recommend getting.

It has a great texture of creamy spread for bagels of any kind even toasted...you can even mix it up and add spinach for those chips you like...don't be afraid to invent a dip/spread with great value cream cheese...

Substantially less expensive than the leading brand, but similar texture and flavor. I'm on a fixed retirement income, so saving 30% to 40% on something I use regularly is a definite bonus.

The texture isn't completely smooth like the name brand. It's. not nearly as good in my opinion. The Great Value mixed berry tastes really good and is not gritty at all so I will continue buying that. For plain cream cheese though, I'll shell out an extra dollar to get Philadelphia.

This is by far the worst cream cheese i have ever bought. It has absolutely no taste. It tastes more like sour cream than anything. Walmart please do everyone a favor and change you formula because this is NOT it. I will definitely being paying extra next time to purchase the name brand. Taste and flavor is key your formula for generic cream cheese shows, it is definitely not up to par. By the way woodmans food clud generic cream cheese is the way to go!
