Great Value Original Plain Nonfat Yogurt, 32 oz Tub

I love this yogurt. It is fat free. It is very delicious. And it is good for you. I don't use sour cream... I use this yogurt to replace that and all the fat that comes with it. I also use it in giant ice cube trays with cut up fruit to make frozen snacks that are healthy.

I think it is a good source of protein and calcium and good for the microbes in the gut. No sugar in it except the lactose that is part of this milk product originally. Might be a good way to lose weight. It seems to take away hunger for hours for me.

I believe it's one of the better tasting plain yogurts out there and I eat yogurt daily. I like that it has a “tang” to it . It's not thick, just the right texture . It's delicious with a little raspberry preserves. I recommend it no need to waste your money on expensive brands this is worth every scent!

Mix this with pumpkin for a healthy treat for my dogs. They don't all like it, but, in the end, the bowls are empty, one way or another. It provides similar benefits to dogs as it does to humans. I am not a fan of greek yogurt, myself, but, I feel good about giving my dogs quality food as treats rather than the pre-made biscuits, etc. with preservatives and other chemicals and colorings added.

this was a great bargain for the size. it's a little bit more loose than I care for. I just ordered the Greek again. I tend to like the thicker yogurts. but it's still a great value, and if you prefer your yogurt a little bit on the thinner side, this one is for you. probably would be great for smoothies.

The 'original' was substituted for the Greek yogurt, which I prefer for texture %26 taste, because the original is too thin %26 runny for my liking. But, it makes a good substitute if you're out and I still enjoy it for snacking (add berries and granola), cooking and baking.

Nonfat dairy items are an abomination to be avoided at all cost! I ordered WHOLE MILK PLAIN YOGURT, with a different whole milk yogurt product as my substitute. And what did my shopper, who is completely devoid of common sense bring me? NONFAT PLAIN YOGURT!!! Surely you jest? The whole purpose of dairy products is the fat content, doncha know!? Nonfat yogurt is like sugar free honey! Why bother? Ugh! You better believe I'll be reducing someone's tip. Professional shoppers take heed -- NEVER, EVER SUBSTITUTE FAT FREE PRODUCTS FOR FULL FAT PRODUCTS, unless specifically authorized by your customers!! You'll get better tips.

If you like the GV Greek yogurt %26 it's sold out, do not get this instead. My substitutions were out as well, so I got this. It is truly disgusting. The texture is like chunky foam. I've never experienced any yogurt like it before. I'd rather eat the parfait thingy from McDonald's before ever purchasing this again. Listen to the reviews, they're right about this one.

Bought this through Walmart plus delivery. When received, the edge of the lid had a small crack like someone had lifted the lid, which I probably wouldn't have noticed except there was dried up yogurt running all the way down the side beneath that crack. Will have to throw this out. Cannot risk eating contaminated or spoiled yogurt.
