Great Value Original Sour Cream, 16 oz Tub

Great Value sour cream is the only one I purchase anymore. The flavor is always consistent and you can feel safe using it in savory or sweet recipes. One of the best things about it is when you open the tub there isn't any of that yucky water floating around the top and sides of the sour cream. It's just sour cream packed all the way to the top.

love this product I think I bought between four and six of them I've actually lost track of how many I bought and wonderful product I am enjoying it on on wraps those sandwich wraps with chicken and and lettuce and you know little bits of cheese in there and a dollop of the sour cream it just gives it that little extra cake of flavor whenever you make one of those wrap sandwiches it makes me feel like I'm at Taco Bell without having to get in the car and go to Taco Bell

I've never seen any real difference between this store brand and the name brand Daisy's, et al. Certainly the taste is the same, and I use it regularly, without any quality concerns (and, of course, save some money, which I have to do whenever possible with grocery prices like they are).

I like sour cream that's just a little bit more sour tasting than this brand, but this brand is good you just have to look at the expiration date before you get it unless you're going to use it up quick. it doesn't have a Best buy date or expiration date as long as other brands seem to. I keep buying it so I guess I'm happy with it.

The Walmart brand of sour cream is every bit as good (if not better) than another high end brand! I love it, and the quality is excellent!!! Please DONT waste your money on the competitors' more expensive sour cream. I did it for many years because I thought there HAD TO BE a huge difference in quality, and I could kick myself!!! BTW, I am extremely PICKY! I won't use an inferior brand…….. of any product! Try it; you won't be disappointed!!!

Excellent addition to tacos, baked potatoes, a must have when I make chili. Can always count on this being quality real dairy., creamy wonderful taste at a fraction of the cost of namebrand. Always make sure we have at least a small container in the refrigerator.

I was pleasantly surprised by Great Value Original Sour Cream. Yeah, this stuff is great. The real deal. You want sour cream on somethin, then get this. Goes great on the classics like baked potato or taco salad. But maybe not on pancakes. I think I tried that once and it was not the grand success I thought it would be. And perhaps not in a milk shake. That too was unpleasant. Willa, my wife, puts some sour cream in her dinner roll recipe and oh man it's perfect. I think she put some on her face once to stop the wrinkles but that was just a one time deal and didn't work at all.

okay so you're probably thinking sour cream inside cream but that's not true The great value sour cream is a really good price and it still has sour cream taste. it was actually easier to start this up and make a creamier plus I added to a lot of different dishes and making them stroganoff items like that I even put it in with my potato soup. so I would definitely recommend this.

The last 2 times I have bought this brand it has been bad! The date was over a mother from expiring! I knew as soon as I opened it! Sour Cream should not look like Cottage Cheese!!! I will not buy it again and highly recommend spending a little bit more money for Daisy brand! I already threw it away or I would have taken a picture!
