Great Value Orzo Pasta, 16 oz

The only pasta will eat. Grampa was in the Korean war and all they got were noodles for months on end. He refuses to eat any form of pasta, but these. They cook so nicely and make a great faux risotto side with parm and some cream/milk... They go great in soups, as a base where other pasta's are called for in the recipe, and even just with some butter, salt and pepper. They mix well with or accompany vegetables. They hit my cravings for pasta in a household where pasta isn't served. They are filling and flavorful.

I love orzo and it's fantastic diversity especially when making soups. I have a very simple recipe I love to use with orzo and it is so easy and delicious that a child can make it n mine all have as children. Making orzo is very simple and makes so many delicious meals.

Bought for a recipe and wasn't sure, but ingredients were just the same as Barilla .. These were great for my Orzo Greek Salad meal prep!!! Daughter loved them and only complaint was, I didn't use enough!!! Will buy again and again and again!! Read the ingredients, a lot of Walmart items are the same as name brand!!!

We used to call them bird tongues when I was a child. For 3 generations "bird tongues" have been our children preferred pasta. Quick, can be added to any meals.

Decided to try to recipe on the back that is to cook it in chicken broth, add lemon and pepper. We decided to add cheese. Was pretty good. Nice texture. Made for a good side dish. We ended up buying more.

Sometimes orzo is hard to find and people use it for a lot of stuff, especially in soups. Walmart has it readily available, which is great. Very good quality very good price. Nothing bad to say.

Easy to read directions that created a full proof orzo. Even had a recipe on the box for other ideas. Good value, easy poor, I don't know what else to say perfect for what I was looking for.

Great Value Orzo Pasta is yet another great pasta offered by Walmart. There is a recipe on the box as well as clear directions for preparing it. I used it in a pasta salad, and it was delicious.

I always try things twice before I knock it down. I will never buy the Great value brand again. it lacks flavor and even when you cook it Al dente it's mushy. I have found that La Moderna "melon seed" pasta is far superior and taste good.

It's dirty? I don't understand and I've never had this problem before. The pasta itself looks bad in the box and it turned the water black when I poured it into the water. Won't buy again
