Great Value Oven Roasted Turkey Breast Lunchmeat, 16 oz, Plastic Tub, Refrigerated

I really like this deli sliced turkey breast. Its nice and thin and has a great flavor. And it doesn't have sodium nitrate in it which i definitely prefer. Its a little high in sodium but its very difficult to find low sodium turkey breast. i just eat a little less. i also blot it with a paper towel. But I'd do that with any deli meat.

I usually buy the Honey Ham in this brand but for some reason I bought the turkey one time and was surprised by how good it was. It has a good texture and a good flavor and I think it's okay for value - it's in line with other grocery products as far as prices, which as we all know has gone up since 2021. I'll make a club sandwich with us in the honey ham and it's pretty good or I'll just take a slice or two of the turkey and eat it with a piece of cheese as a snack and it's good. I think it's very comparable to the more well-known brand which is only slightly more expensive but I really like the flavor of this one.

This is actually very good! I love thin sliced, so this is perfect for me. I like the fact that it comes split into two separate packages, so only a smaller amount has to be opened at once. Makes for a quick lunch sandwich or a snack when you need it. The reusable container is just an added bonus too.

Pleasantly surprised by the fresh deli taste. The thin slicing is what gives this the perfect deli taste. For years Id only buy cold cuts from deli as I've never been a fan of prepackaged lunch meat with long shelf life. But this great value brand changed my mind. Even better than the other name brand luch meat that is similarly packaged. Unbeatable price as deli pricing has gotten out of control.

Excellent. Two separate packages in tub. (One package for the week, the other package was placed into the freezer for future use.) Sliced thinly but not so thin that the meat fell apart. We found the sandwich meat quite tasty and FRESH. Very satisfied with this purchase. Price was reasonable as well. I have since ordered another tub.

THIS TURKEY BREAST IS DELICIOUS!!! WE ARE VERY PICKY BUYING 'PRE-PACKAGED' BUT OUR NIECE TURNED US ONTO IT AND WE ARE BIG FANS NOW...NOT ONLY DOES IT COME IN ITS OWN CONTAINER BUT 1/2 lb PORTIONS ARE PACKED SEPARATELY INSIDE, WITH VERY GOOD 'USE BY' DATES...NO 'GRIZZLE/VEINY' PIECES AND IT IS 'REAL' TURKEY BREAST', THINLY SLICED...THE PRICE IS AWESOME AS WELL~ENJOY!!!

Ingredients are surprisingly healthy for lunchmeat. I like that it is oven roasted and is free from added hormones, antibiotics, and nitrates. Flavor is good. Texture rates up there for lunchmeat — there is none of the sliminess cheap lunch meats have. I’d compare it with deli case meat.

This has been really easy to keep on hand. Good flavor, not overly salty, and the texture is actually decent. It does not have that weird rubbery feel some lunch meat can get. Works great for quick sandwiches, wraps, or just grabbing a slice when you need something fast. The container is nice too. Keeps it fresh and makes it easy to grab without making a mess. Nothing fancy, just dependable and gets used.

This is EXTREMELY GOOD turkey deli meat!! Being the Great Value brand you get A LOT of turkey at a very good price in a VERY GOOD container that keeps your meat fresh throughout its existence in your fridge. The turkey itself is flavorful and spicy - it tastes like it was just carved off the Thanksgiving turkey sliced into nicely cut pieces for your enjoyment!! There are two packs in the re-sealable container that do a nice job keeping the delicious turkey fresh!! The spiciness of the turkey does give your tastebuds a bit of a kick as you enjoy the deli meat. There is not much thickness to the meat as it is rather narrowly sliced. The turkey is high in protein!! Thank you Great Value and Walmart!!

In the days when groceries were not 20% or higher than they are now, (remember those?) I would enjoy the occasional trip to the Deli Department of my local supermarket and buy sandwich meats for the week as a treat. Smoked turkey and honey cured ham were on my shopping list until Deli prices went even higher (along with everything else}, so, I went back to PB and J. Then I decided to try the Great Value deli sliced oven roasted turkey breast. I was pleasantly surprised. I liked the texture and flavor and appreciated the double packaging of the turkey into two 8oz packets to keep the turkey fresher. But the true hero here is the price. I can afford deli meats again without feeling like I had to buy the farm! Great product. Fantastic price. And I even get a sturdy food storage container in the bargain!
