Great Value PAR38 LED Motion Sensor Light Bulb, 13W (90W Equivalent), E26 Medium Base, Soft White

We have been buying the Great Value LED floodlights to use in our outdoor floodlights and they work great. They provide great illumination along with providing a great cost savings energy use wise. We are very happy with the performance of these floodlights

Love these LED light bulbs. I appreciate that they are LED since they are more energy efficient than a incandescent bulb. I'd say these also go a little beyond the basic bulb as they are super bright and make everything seem much clearer and crisper. They work well as motion sensor lights and regular lights. And of course, as easy as any other lightbulb to put it, so no worries there.

The sensor on this motion detector is really impressive. I does not take much in my garage to activate it. It picks up my foot and part of my leg at a distance of 12-15 feet. I do like the color of the light, which is pure white. One thing that I do sense is a problem is having something close by. I hung the light in a portable fixture that I hung from my garage ceiling. The light works perfectly when there is no car parked under it. Parking a car under it, maybe 4-5 foot below the light made the light stay on. I'm just presuming that something that close to the sensor triggers it.

I highly recommend Bulb, 13W (90W Equivalent) PAR38 Motion Sensor Lamp E26 Medium Base, Non-Dimmable, Soft White, 1-Pack The bulb is nice and bright and a long lasting LED bulb. It brightens the whole room. If you need any bulbs I would definitely recommend the Great Value Walmart brand.

This 13W (90W equivalent) LED light bulb has a nice design and motion sensor that works very well at a max range of about 15 ft. The soft white light is a bit easier on the eyes and this bulb is very energy efficient. We used this bulb on the front porch. It works great in the hallway at night for the kids. It turns on automatically when it senses motion and turns off automatically about a minute after no motion is detected.

Going with 5 stars because the LED + motion flood lights are perfect for my application. I have existing dual flood fixtures and wanted to add motion sensing to some of them. First off, obviously there is no need to replace my non-motion fixtures. Secondly, I had considered purchase of new fixtures, but many/most are plastic and some with non-replaceable bulbs or some specialized bulb. Lastly, I found the motion sensing light fixtures if false triggered turn on both flood lights, which is not what I wanted to happen. So, these give provide independent aiming and lighting with motion sensing. They seem to be much better at not false triggering. I would estimate a 20' (the way I have them pointed) detection range and about 300 degrees of sensing. This would of course be determined on how you aim them and your location. I just installed a new (2) flood light fixture after using these bulbs for a while in an existing fixture. As mentioned, my new fixture is METAL, not plastic. In the High Desert Of California (Hesperia) the sun would eat up these plastic models, so these bulbs enabled me to use the old-style housing. Have re-ordered! Worthy of consideration especially if you have existing fixtures. Buyer beware of the plastic ones or those with specialized lamps. Read less

Solidly made, a good quality bulb that emits clean, white light. The bulb will turn on for a second when you first screw it in then it will go out. After dark, the motion detector will turn the bulb on when you approach. It's the perfect bulb for the front porch letting just the right amount of light shine to keep you safe without blasting you like a spot light. LED bulbs last for years and won't burn out all the time like regular bulbs. They are a good value and will save you money, using less electricity than standard bulbs.

I placed it in my garage and it works amazing, its super bright. Best of all is that you dont need any additional connectors, just plug snd play. The sensor works amazing. No need to flip switches, i can freely walk in and the sensor trigers the light. It stays on for at least 90 seconds.

This bulb would be great as an outside motion detecting light, but you'd never use it-like the pics show-as a multi fixture indoor light. Motion detector works well-stays lit approx. 2 minutes after triggering. Bulb is not very bright, the 13 watts seems to produce about half the light of a 14 watt LED indoor floodlight I have. Possibly because of the yellow light it produces, or maybe because the lens/bulb assembly is very heavy duty. Would be plenty bright if your eyes were adjusted to the dark, but this will not be enough to light up a workspace

I screwed it into my garage light socket, thinking that it would be bright enough when i went out to work in the garage at night. After installing the motion light, I flipped on the switch, and it hesitated to come on, then it shut off as I was still standing there. The light is a DAYLIGHT brightness, but it is not bright enough for my liking.
