This by far my favorite block of cheese. An excellent price and a high quality cheese. Other than GV Carolina Reaper shredded cheese which does not come in a block and Limburger cheese which I have to order from Wisconsin Cheese Mart, I love the GV Pepper Jack. I just a piece off and eat for a snack.
Execellent. Great Value Pepper Jack cheese tastes great. It makes for an excellent snack. Whenever I need a snack, I love to slice a few slices from this black and eat this cheese and a very tasty snack or as apart of a meal. Great peppery flavor enhancing the cheese taste.
I was surprised to find that the Great Value brand of pepper jack cheese has more pepper in it than other brands I have bought. Not too much but just enough, so when I slice it, none of the slices are pepperless. I only buy this brand now... highly recommend.
i just love this cheese. It's s prefect on everything. i love it toasted on walmart wheat fresh baked bread. Goodness its so good. They keep sayin h i can't buy mote i like to freese them and make garlic bread. OMGoodness. it melts so good on toast. i also buy it sliced for burhers. lol. Im hooked.
If there's anything I love more than pepper Jack cheese, it's saving money and I get to do both with this item! I buy it all the time to slice up for a low carb snack, I grate it up, I put it on so many different things! It's very good and has just enough kick to it! If you want a little more spicy look for the great value habanero cheese it's really spicy!
My go to cheese is Pepper Jack and because I prefer to grate my own I get the blocks. This cheese has good flavor and most important to this retired widow is the price. I can afford cheese on my omelets. And it's very tasty. I've tried other brands but I prefer GV.
I am really on a cheese and cracker cake. I usually get the pepper jack sliced cheeses, but for some reason they've been out of it for weeks so I got the block. It taste just as good but it's a little more work, but you can make those slices as thick as you want to. I would recommend this as a backup. Or a cheese and cracker tray.
Good deal and less cost than name brands - Like this because it is not fire hot, it is kind of a medium heat. Always arrives fresh and in good condition. Price is fair whether choosing 8oz chunk or 32oz chunk. Also like the Walmart Provolone. For comparison, these are about the same flavor only this jalapeno one has the little chilli flecks in it. Best deal - the 32oz chunk. Summary - Don't see the point of paying a lot more for the name brands, they are of course tasty as well (example: Tillamook) - but why pay more for this esp in the 32oz chunk, when Walmart makes this item? Pay more if you want, but this shopper and cheese lover standing up for this Walmart version of jalapeno flavored mild white cheese chunk!
It lacked flavor. I have bought this type of cheese before and it tasted a lot stronger before and I know I'm buying the same Walmart brand so I don't know why it changed but used to be a lot stronger and peaceful and now it's not. So I won't be buying this again from the Walmart.
You take my money and don't deliver. You give me a refund, if I wanted to have my money I wouldn't have spent two hours ordering it on your sorry app. And waiting around for another two and a half hours to get a picture of the contents of a grocery bad . Won't happen again
