Great Value Peppermint Soft Puffs Candy, 34.5 oz

My 90 year old dad gives these out to everyone he meets. He has started putting several in snack size ziplock baggies and hands them out at church, doctor visits, and the senior activity center in our home town where he plays dominioes twice a week. They are perfect for seniors and children because they are soft. He is known as the "Candy Man".

My kids love these for state testing at school. During testing week I buy a big tub and they take it to school. They say peppermint helps with focus, and my ADHD kiddos also do better when they have something like mints or gum when they're trying to focus. These are perfect. Maybe it's placebo, but they taste good %26 are soft- kind of melt in your mouth mints.

I love these things, have bought them 3 times now. And when this batch starts to run low, I'll be ordering another. The sort of hard outside melts away as soon as you put it in your mouth giving way to a soft puff center which also melts away. I keep them in the frig and grab one almost every time I go into the kitchen. And usually jam a few into my pocket when I'm heading out.

The taste and texture are wonderful, they are not a real strong peppermint taste and you only have them in your mouth for a short time before they start dissolving and they are so easy to chew and help them dissolve. Great Product ! Would highly recommend them. and I share with ALL my neighbors as they love the taste and texture also.

These were a gift for my persnickety friend and she was Thrilled! We both love that it comes with it's own secure bin, individually wrapped pieces and they are lighter, easier to dissolve and enjoy than hard solid mints. They're a little smaller than the clunky biggies which my slender friend appreciates. Big hit. Making me look good, Walmart.

I absolutely LOVE these mints! However, they are pricey and wish they were a little cheaper. Other than that, they're my favorite over the other leading brand and the container they are stored in makes a great spare container for just about anything.

This candy is hard to find in other local stores or online. I just wish more care would be taken to handle gently so there wouldn't be so many broken pieces. And even though the candies are individually wrapped, many wrappers break open so the broken crumbs get spilled out into the container. A little messy, Still are delicious, but messy.

My younger son loves these and eats several every time he comes to visit. The taste and texture is perfect, but the quality control of the individual pieces themselves is very poor. Many packages contain pieces instead of just one whole unit. My son is excited because occasionally there are two pieces in one package. But we have also found empty packages. But I love my son enough to always have these around when he visits!

It's been a while since I've purchased these. I don't remember the quality being this bad last time. A lot of them are broken and only a piece of the mint is in the plastic, not the whole mint. A lot of them are extremely dyed red number 40. While others are white or pink. If these were just for us, I wouldn't care so much about the broken ones. But I bought these to go in candy boxes with other candy. Thankfully there were enough decent pieces to put one in each of the 40 small boxes I made. It's a good thing I could not fit two of these in with the other candy. It would not look good putting this quality in favors or sitting them out in a dish for other people. I will say, I did not pick out the carton I got. It was picked for me by the Walmart shopper for pickup. So maybe go in and look at them in person if you need it to be presentable.

i spent many years in. manufacturing. packaging and. i never saw any thing packed as poorly as this ,,,,,,,rhe taste is fantastic. the individual wrap is great. b u t walmart please take a full box and spread it out on a large table and yell me this is walmart. they package any thing that comes down the line half. puffs tiny pieces etc etc a n d opening the box wowie
