If you love crystalized ginger, then this is a real treat. More a bag of candy than trail mix but completely delicious. It's far better than I expected, but if you aren't a fan of candied ginger and spicy sweet things, you should avoid trying this. I also like that it is lower sodium than a lot of Walmart's trail mixes. The only negative thing for me is that no store near me carries this and it has to be shipped. Unfortunately, the weather here is still warm so these arrive with the pieces deformed and clumped. That's still not stopping me from buying more and putting away a spare bag before these disappear.

I expected the orange to taste like pumpkin/ginger, but I would have preferred the brown to be just plain chocolate and not be pumpkin/ginger. The white chocolate rounds were good. The small cakes were a little bland. The cranberries were a little small, so I think I would have preferred raisins. The almonds were ok, but some pecans would have helped.

The chocolate ginger things are awful.

This was horrible. No balance in the mix. The ginger is overpowering.
