Perfect addition to cake
The stars were perfect for our needs! My daughter loved her Ruby and Max cake and these stars made it all come together!

Bad on teeth
My son and I both broke a tooth eating these. We have strong teeth and this is not typical for us. We never have issues eating hard candy. It honestly didn't seem any harder than your average candy. Maybe it was the shape?

Not a suitable substitution
I got this as a substitute for flat round sprinkles, and they are not great. They are very hard and don't really work well for ice cream as the cold seems to make them even harder.
