When we get through laughing at my stupidity... They are just right for dumplings or biscuit %26 gravy. Now we are still laughing...I have 16-yes, sixteen cans of biscuits! I thought I ordered 4 singles but not me, I ordered 4 of the four packs! Guess we will be eating lotta bread this month or two, lol. But if that wasn't enough, there was actually still an old out of date in my fridge that chose to explode in the middle of the night! My husband had forgot %26 left on the counter, instead of outside garbage. Yep, 1:00am, he also cleans biscuits from sll over kitchen. So breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts coming up!
You gotta buy these before Winter. Cold night? Make "monkey bread". Need comfort food? Quarter a biscuit, schmush 'em a bit, and add 'em to chicken soup as dumplings. And if you need biscuits and sausage gravy? With guests? Bake multiple tubes for pennies...
I use these in a recipe for ham and cheese bites and while they are a little askew in the tube, the shape doesn't matter much. I cut them in half and am able to get 20 cheese bites from each tube. They are perfect for my needs and will continue purchasing the Great Value brand for this recipe. I make a batch once a week - we have them on hand for lunch and snacks - and the 4-pack gets me through a whole month! I love these! Highly recommend them.
I use these canned biscuits to make fried apple pies. I sprinkled a little flour on the counter and I roll out the biscuit and put my apple pie filling on the side. I fold it over and crimp the edges with a fork. Sometime, I bake them in the oven. Other times I put a little great value granola oil in my skillet and fry them. Either way they taste great.
love put 2 biscuts together cook 2 minutes in air fryer nice in soft inside slightly brown outside. 3 minutes a little darker brown with a crunch 350 degree. great for dumplines in Chicken and peach cobbler
Biscuits are too small to be called biscuits. The so called biscuits are about the size of cookies. They are too small for a sausage patty, almost too thin to butter, If a biscuit is desired get Pillsbury or some frozen biscuits that are big enough to be called biscuits.
Why is it so hard to put round biscuits in a round can? These look like they were packed by someone who either hated or was afraid of biscuits. The latest four pack was worse than usual somehow.
These biscuits were horrible. First of all they came out of the can shaped like triangles. Second of all they are so horribly sticky it is even hard to get them apart to put on the pan. Third they are very dry and not good tasting. Going back to reliable pillsbury that I have used for years!
A group of irresponsible staff, the items ordered by the customer were out of stock and they replaced them with other items. They had no sense of responsibility. I told the delivery staff on the spot that this was not the item I ordered. He said coldly: You can go to customer service to return it, and then left. I went to customer service to return the item, and the staff said that the replaced item was not what I ordered and could not be returned. I should call the company to handle it online. It was a small matter, but they wasted the time of several of your staff and me.
this is the third package of these that blew up in my refrigerator!! i dont even get a chance to use them...GARBAGE!! I will never buy again...wish i could get a refund!
