I buy these for my grandson %26 me every week. They're pretty good, especially for the money. However, for the last few months, the pizzas haven't been covered with cheese. I expect my 4 Cheese Pizza to be covered, but they've been putting extra sauce and scrimping on the Cheese. I 'doctor' the pizza up with garlic salt, onion powder, oregano, sweet basil, pepper, and, depending on how much cheese came on the pizza, I add cheese. I add mozzarella %26 Italian to my grandson's half(?) and I put parmesan on my side. I've been going to contact Walmart about the lack of cheese on some of the pizzas but I'm not sure how to contact them. I called and a guy answered the phone and I explained it to him but 😬 he didn't sound very enthused. That being said, for the money they are worth it (if you keep some cheese on hand to fill in the empty spots). They're quick and easy to fix on a night you don't want to cook! The pizza I made last nite came with plenty of cheese on it 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Here's a couple of pic's of pizza missing some cheese...
Pleasantly surprised at the visual cheese pizza. Cheese was adequately supplied on pizza. . I added my own veg to it. Was a really good flavor, baked about 2 mins longer because added veg. Appetizing. For some reason this pizza looked like had more cheese than normal., very good. Have purchased many times before this was nicer?
I usually buy Digiorno brand pizza but decided to try this. Both brands being 4 cheese. I always add extra cheese, and sometimes will add other things like mushrooms or olives. This pizza was a good price, and would be fine for children, I suppose, however, I realized it had hardly any sauce on it, which caused the crust to taste sort of cardboard-ish. Just not for me. But to fill a tummy or for a snack, it would be a good choice at a good price.
This is a REALLY GOOD pizza!! It is almost as good as the DiGiornio's Pizza is. It is prepared and baked in the same fashion as the DiGiornio, but I find DiGiornio's ingredients slightly fresher and tastier BUT then again you have to PAY MORE for them compared to this very reasonable Great Value pie!! If you are on a budget and are looking for a good cheese pizza to satisfy yourself or your family (it will easily serve a party of 4) this will fit the bill!! It's about the same size as a small Domino's pizza only with the rising crust. It has a crunchy crust that tastes great after heating up the pizza in the oven!! The pie goes great with salad, and makes for a fantastic quick meal!! If you are tight on funds and want a good pizza for you or your family for the night this is a GREAT choice for you!! Thank you Great Value and Walmart!!
not bad if it is delivered frozen, if it is a bit thawed, this pizza will not rise properly (twice now) but this last time it was frozen when put in the over and it did fine. Just not quite as good as DiGiorno. But, it is less expensive so compromise is okay.
This cheese pizza is okay overall for a quick frozen meal. The rising crust has a decent texture, and it cooks pretty easily in the oven. The cheese flavor is simple and works fine, especially if you want something fast and affordable. It is not the best frozen pizza I have tried, but it is good enough for the price. I would say it is a convenient option to keep in the freezer for busy days. Overall, it is decent and gets the job done.
Ordered a CHEESE pizza, there is literally a piece of meat
This cheap pizza is definitely not worth it! The sauce is sweet just way too sweet and it has such a harsh overbearing Italian seasoning taste. There is definitely not enough cheese and the crust just does not do it for me. Pay a few bucks more and go with motor city.
We made the mistake of ordering this Great Value pizza instead of DeGiorno. Baked according to directions. Bit into RAW DOUGH. Back into oven 3 more minutes. Did this three times and it was still eating raw dough with pizza topping on it. Threw it away. Never again.
Very gross eventhough the crust was fully cooked tasted like dough the toppings where the edible part of the pizza there wasnt enough sauce or toppings the dough needs to be completely redone since its gross to even try to eat i just picked off the cheese and threw the rest away
