For the price the pizza is honestly amazing! Compared to competitors budget pizza this one beats it! Nice fluffy crust, good cheese, sauce is amazing, toppings are alright. a lot of meat but I wish it had more pepperonis but for the price what do you expect overall it's a great choice for on a budget or just a pizza night!
I find these pizzas to be delicious and they come out perfectly in my pre-heater air fryer at 400 degrees for 14 minutes. I must have had at least 20-30 of these over the past 18 months. (You must preheat the oven or it will be soggy, flat or not thoroughly cooked.) I believe that some of the negative reviews are from failing to preheating the air fryer or oven. As to the lower ratings for toppings, do you expect the same amount as you get from one of the pizza restaurant chains? Those cost double or more. I like that I can save $4-10 apiece for these GV pizzas. If you want more toppings, buy them separately and add them yourself, be it more cheese, sausage, vegetables. These used to cost $3.28 but now they're $3.98. It's still a good pizza for $4.00
This works well at about 375-400 and 15 minutes, I try to rush 10 minutes at 450 and I get gooey non rising crust pizza. Don't be like me in that way. Wait, watch a tv show, fix something, and you will love it. Also, add salsa from walmart, add taco cheese, add garlic powder and you're set.
Really tasty. Was surprised it was so good and inexpensive. Loved the crust, almost like Sicilian crust but slightly thinner. Gonna get more next time I shop. Didn't need to add additional cheese or meat just put on rack and cooked for 20 minutes. Perfect
I really wanted the supreme version with veggies but it wasn't available, again. I liked it, nice crust, good flavor, mild sauce fair amount of cheese but the toppings are a bit skimpy. It's a good pizza for the price but I'd rather pay the extra buck and get the name brand with more toppings.
This was just okay. The taste was fine but nothing too outstanding. It's a great value, though, and feeds my small family pretty well when made into a full meal with sides. The reason for the three stars is that there is hardly any cheese. Almost none. It's nothing that's gonna knock your socks off but it'll do in a pinch.
The dough-to-topping ratio has changed and not for the better! Micro-dusting of cheese. Stingy on the pepperonis and meats. TOO. MUCH. DOUGH. Used to be good. Now it is a waste of time and money. I literally ate only the toppings off the last half of the pizza!
Pathetic. These used to be outrageously good- and only $3. Best food deal in the universe. Now they cost $2 more and taste like Chef Boyardee spaghetti-ohs poured on a gym sock. If that's what it takes to keep the price down, it's not worth it. Soylent Green is coming true.
This was gross. I had to remake the whole pizza. The ground meats were completely clustered and all the pepperonis had slid to one side. It came out much prettier but still gross. People have complained a lot of too much crust, I don't mind as it's more of a pan pizza. However the crust is absolutely disgusting, like cardboard with toppings. They put the bare minimum into it with no added flavor whatsoever. I wasn't even sure it was cooked all the way due to how sickly and pale the crust looked but it was absolutely perfectly cooked just completely tasteless. I actually like crust and I hate this crust. The toppings could save the actual pizza but all of it was very sparse. Yuck.
I've ordered about 10 of these and the pepperoni pizza per month for the past 3 years. They were always good and tasted close to Digiorno. In the last 2 months they have decided to make the crust smaller and change the recipe. Now it has a spoiled taste with a really gross after taste. I know this is a consistent change because I ordered 20 of my monthly pizzas and every single one was the new recipe and tasted horrible. This used to be a good alternative to Digiorno; now it just tastes like my 80 year old unwashed grandfather smells. Thank you penny pinching ceo's!!
