Great Value Roasted & Salted Cocktail Peanuts, 35 oz

I usually mix my bird seed at home. if I purchase a mix, the birds throw most of it on the floor. I do wipe off as much salt as possible. These birds live up to 100 years, if I should shorten their lives by a couple days with a tiny amount of salt. So be it. They love to get a handful before bed

Cocktail peanuts are what we grew up with. 70 years ago it was Planters in a huge can. Ultimately we bought Sam's brand until all they offer is large Virginia Peanuts and the taste and texture are not the same. These remind us both of our youth and family game night with Hire's root beer and cocktail peanuts from that big economy can.

We bought the Great Value roasted/salted peanuts and dry roasted sea salt peanuts to bring to a party several months ago and now they have become a staple at our house. The plastic canisters come full and keep the peanuts fresh. Peanuts are a healthy snack and a good source of protein when you just want something that is quick and satisfying. These nuts are fresh and taste great. I also like the shape of the container. It is easy to handle and the empty container comes in handy for many things. I have tried other brands but Great Value is the choice for me. Give them a try. I believe you will like them as well.

I've been buying these for years- the big bin is a good value. The quality is very good; I've never gotten a bad batch. They're roasted and lightly salted. There is no other flavor, which is perfect! Planter's puts a seasoning blend on their peanuts that includes onion powder, which I don't like. It gives a taste that I'm sure others like, but I don't. If you prefer plain, roasted, salted peanuts, this is your answer.

I absolutely love these cocktail peanuts! They are just as tasty as the Planters brand and less expensive. I buy them for myself, my son, and I even put some in the yard for the squirrels and chipmunks. The blue- jay's go crazy for them! So, they are well-worth the money. They are salted but not excessively, and they aren't extremely greasy like most nuts. I definitely recommend buying these if you enjoy peanuts as a snack. They are delicious and the container is huge! One jar lasts me two weeks.

When these are fresh, they're almost like candy %26 so so good! We've eaten these for several years, ALTHOUGH there have been too many times when they are over-roasted. I always check the container to see if they are too brown. A good source of protein with a satisfying crunch. Great snack. I recommend.

Have bought these for quite some time now and was very disappointed with this last jar because even though the expiration date was well within what it should be the peanuts tasted stale and I ended up throwing them out. I will give these one more try because I like them better than Planters.

This product has NO TASTE. The package states "sea salt" but there is no salt taste. It's like eating stale unsalted peanuts and there is notate. True cocktail peanuts have a light sheen of oil to hold the salt on. These peanuts are dry, with\out flavor and won't even hold salt if you try to add it. Not the quality we need from Walmart.

I never got it, and there's nothing I can do about it. My local store delivered it to the Wrong Address. I used the Walmart site to complain. The form DID NOT HAVE a "I didn't receive it" option. SO I clicked the closest thing (Damaged), and then in the text box I typed that I didn't get it. BUT now Walmart says they'll refund me after I return the item -- which I can't -- because I never got it. -- I'm not going to fight it any more. They win.
