these chips are every bit as good as Lay's for less than half thevprice. they taste identical to me. my family loves all the Great Value chips. the corn chips are also very good. i live on a fixed income and Im so glad i tried these as Lay's are too expensive now. the Great Value chips are just as good. this is the only kind i buy now.
These potato chips taste more like potatoes than any other brand that I've tried. Also, they're not overly salted so that you can actually taste that they do actually come from potatoes. In other words, they are perfectly balanced as far as taste is concerned in my opinion. I usually don't buy potato chips because they all are too salty and tasteless to me. But I buy these chips all the time because they taste so good and are crunchy as the Dickens.
why pay more? These are as good, maybe better, less greasy, than big brand name. love them , So next time you're standing there wondering if they are as good as the other brand, don't worry, just choose any brand you want. They are all good! And you will have saved a lot of money. And fill your pantry. For so much less.
I purchased these on a whim. I felt like chips but the brand names have gotten too expensive. I was happily surprised to discover that there was no discernable difference between thesae an the brand name wavy chips.
Price is rt for now. Especially when you want a good sandwich to go with it. Not the healthiest treat but it's not something you eat everyday. Just a good friend with a sandwich REG %26 BBQ. I bout both this us my review for both.
I no longer buy Name brand potato chips anymore 24¢ / oz vs 42¢ / oz for Lay's. The taste is just as good, %26 I now like these wavy-style even better than your standard flat chip. Great taste, great texture, great pricing...
I like the taste, crunch, and price of these wavy potato chips, but either in production or handling, the chips were broken into small pieces. Only a handful of chips were large enough to use with a dip. It might have just been this bag or this shipment, but it totally ruined the purpose of me buying a wavy chip for added strength with dipping.
These are suppose to be dip chips...the chips are small and many broken even on carefully handled bags...the taste is excellent but the size is important with this kind of chip and these are too small..I was disappointed on New Years Eve when I opened the bag..too late to replace....imo.
This is the second time I've purchased these. The prices of all groceries are way too high for me so I began trying “Great Value” items. The initial bag was good. The last bag idk if the delivery service people smashed them, but, ALL the chips were broken into tiny pieces. Disappointing because I only eat potato chips with chip dip. Maybe the third time will be a charm (good like the 1st time)
These were on sale. I got a refund. The chips were brown, showing they were cooked in dirty oil. They were greasy and salty. There were more bad/poor potato bits throughout the bag. Disgusting really.
