Great Value Shredded Pizza Cheese Blend, 8 oz Bag

As someone with celiac disease who has not found a pizza crust, I like yet, I get some parchment paper and spread this cheese, thin and then add some Italian spice over it and then some pepperoni and a bake it at 400 for 20 minutes. After melting, I use paper towels to swap up any grease and it makes for a really good crustless pizza. I eat it a couple times a month. It's so good half of a bag makes a pretty good size pizza for one person. Try it.

This cheese blend of Great Value Shredded Pizza Cheese as well as other Great Value Shredded Cheeses are a staple on my grocery list. I always have one bag open in the fridge and a couple of different types in the freezer. It is convenient because it is pre-shredded and easy to use in various recipes. I love to add the cheese to top or add to cheese fries, broccoli, chicken divan recipe, salads, pizza, etc. I enjoy the gooey, flavorful mix of mozzarella and cheddar flavors and would recommend for the cost as opposed to the other name brands.

This is an excellent blend of cheeses and will buy again most definitely! I like to make my own pizza every now and then but didn't like it as well with just one cheese and buying several types wasn't feasible as I live alone. This is the best blend I have found and the perfect size for a decent sized pizza. if it is just cheese you may want more but I add meat, mushrooms, olives and then some shaker style parmesan after baking.

perfect amount for home made pizza. still just enough left over to put a bit on top of all the toppings before baking.

A delicious blend of shredded cheese that enhances salads casseroles or soups. The cheese is easy to melt.

Its sometimes hard to find whole milk shredded mozzarella, but this is it! Good cheese, tastes good, melts well and very convenient.

This is the only shredded cheese I like to get however our local store runs out quite often. So I have to buy multiple each time

High quality pizza cheese is hard to find, if not impossible. This isn't the best but it did melt nicely and it didn't have a bad taste or hard texture like so many other brands I've tried. I would buy this of I couldn't get good cheese.

Really good on pizzas. A good mix of different cheeses that testes very good. Half the price /-. Great to use for your kids to make their own pizzas.

For some reason this cheese mix didn't work.. I usually put these grated cheeses on sandwiches, but even after microwaving for 2-3 minutes, it somehow doesn't want to melt like cheese usually does. It tastes good, but it's strange that it has a hard time getting soft and melted..
