This product requires little cooking. Just put some grease in the pan and you have a quick crispy side for your eggs.OR just scramble the eggs and dump them over these potatoes. I have also topped them with shredded Cheese, and eaten them like that as a quick snack too. I like having them in my freezer as prep time is easy and the results are tasty!

These are pre upgraded and good for the eating too. Be sure to pan fry in a hot skillet with 1/4 cup of oil, do not stir (they will get mushy), flip once after 5 minutes, let simmer another 4-5 min on side two or until desired color, ENJOY, and mmmm, larapin'

The bag recommends cooking half the bag at a time on medium high heat. However, because I like home hash browns very well done, I cooked them on high heat, and they came out the way I wanted. I just wish they came in a smaller size bag because my small freezer already was full, so I had to put the bag in the fridge until I was ready to cook the hash browns 2 days later.

At least you get some long crinkle fries in this! I'm tired of buying french fries from others that are all short pieces. Even with short pieces in this package, they have substance at least. These are good in the air fryer for 16 minutes on 400. Or longer if needed. They get brown and crispy but with meaty centers.

This is so easy to fix!! My family loves when I cook this for breakfast! My 8 year old and 1 year old devour their plate every time, as long as they have a little ketchup added in. They get nice and crispy. The peppers and onions mix well as well. Sometimes I think when frozen veggies they get soggy but these cook well!

I bought these for my wife to make a casserole for a church potluck and we ate the entire casserole before she could take it to the potluck. These potatoes are delicious. We have fried them in a skillet, put in casseroles, made potato soup with them, eaten for breakfast, brunch and given to friends and relatives in casseroles. Everyone loves the taste. They are a great buy and you will not regret using them.

When I can find a Great Value brand of a product I use for a regular recipe, I always try it because the quality is always there with a lower price. This is true if these potatoes. I have two recipes (creamy potato soup and funeral chicken and potatoes) that use these, so I was thrilled to see a Great Value version. These potatoes are great in both recipes! And of course you can fry them up for breakfast as well. i do recommend them.

These hash browns are very tasty with the onions and peppers. They make for a healthy omelet. Most of the bags keep the diced potatoes separated for easy preparation, but I've lately gotten some bags that clump in the freezer before I can use them. They still are much better than other brands.

i did not get the potatoes with the onions and peppers. i only received the plain one. i ordered yhe Obrien onees. puckers need tovbe more aware of orders. i have yet to receive a complted order that i have placed. ordering is more conveie t for mevsince im an older citizen in my 80s.
