Great Value Sweet Corn on the Cob

Shannon May 11, 2026

Everyone loves fresh corn on the cobb but unless you meal plan ahead, there's a good chance it will get forgotten in the crisper or pushed to the back of the bottom shelf before you get around to shucking and cooking it. GV frozen corn on the cobb comes cleaned and ready to party. The perfect size for kids and adults. It goes great with BBQ food, slow roasted spare ribs and burgers and franks. Don't forget the potato salad.

Good in the air fryer.

Kathy May 17, 2026

Keep in the freezer and throw a few pieces in the air fryer when you are having MorningStar Farms ribs. Comes out perfect. If I say $2 is not a bad price, will WalMart instantly raise it? Let's test it. $2 is not a bad price.

Not very good.

Bkmomma September 1, 2023

If i could do 2 and a half stars i would. Two is too little, and three is too much. They do the job if youre on a budget and add enough butter and salt. However they are not as good as the frozen name brand which has much more flavor. I definitely wont purchase again unless necessary.

definitely rather just buy jolly Green Giant corn I don't know what it is about this one it's not like the worst that there is out there but the textures just kind of off it doesn't seem as sweet and juicy as the jolly Green Giant brand which is the only ones I ever buy but my shopper picked this one out instead for me for some reason even though I requested to not have it but here we are anyways and definitely spring for the better brand if you can

skip it- false advertising

Kate May 14, 2026

HALF COBS. HALF. These aren't six whole corn cobs, these are BARELY the equivalent of TWO whole cobs. this is false advertising and deceitful labeling.

This is the worst frozen corn I've ever purchased, had to throw two out before cooking, and I should not have even bothered cooking the rest. They turned bright orange and were rubbery and flavorless, a complete waste of time and money. Tossed the whole thing.

this package looks nothing like what I received. The package I received looked as if it had been opened and repackaged. I have never seen a pack of corn on the cob sealed . Usually it comes in a bag, not tightly sealed.

Mine was dry. The corn was hollow. The kids wouldn't eat it. This bag was like it had been laying in the sun but I bought it brought it home and made it for supper.

The niblets were missing on the cobs of corn and the corn color was closer to orange. I will not purchase this product again and I feel this was a waste of money.
