This cleaner works just as well as the name brands. I would assume because (I don't care what it smells like) having bleach in it, thats what it smells like. It is easy to use and gets to all the right places you want. i'm sure my commode is clean and sanitized.

I love this. I get the twin pack. In my experience, Great Value cleaning products work just as good as the name brand. I save money and get the same level of cleanliness. I prefer this gel toilet bowl cleaner because I can use a little to clean the toilet bowl, flush and then squirt some around, up and under the rim. Then I leave it there for a lasting clean, fresh smell. Another plus.... the gel lasts longer, at least for me it does. I definitely recommend this. Give it a try, I'm willing to bet you'll stick with it like I have.

I am so glad that I found this great value toilet bowl cleaner I was buying the more expensive brand for the longest time and thought I would just give this a try because everything that I buy Great Value brand in the grocery section is always really good and I'm glad I did because it cleans probably better than some of the brands I bought in the past and I save money win-win situation

I think the Great. alue brand toilet bowl cleaner works just as well as pricier brand name toilet bowl cleaners. it clings to the inside of the bowl, and leaves a fresh clean scent behind after you've finished cleaning. I don't doubt that my toilet is clean when I use this product.

This toilet bowl cleaner really does have a fresh scent and is pleasant. It works just as good as clorox or lysol and is cheaper, making it a very good deal. I would buy this for value over the other brands any day, and it gets my toilet fresh and clean.

This cleaner would be great even without the bleach but everyone knows there's no better way to clean and sanitize than to use bleach, a great product at a great price. Walmart to the rescue once again. I love that this is a thick cleaner that clings to the sides of the bowl instead of running over them like colored water.

Liquid is EXTREMELY THIN, and thus you inevitably have to end up using more of the toilet bowl cleaner than you would have used or have had to use with other toilet bowl cleaners whose's liquid solutions are thicker. Aside from that, it works okay…not the best that I've used, but not the worst. You will still have to a significant amount of scrubbing around the top of the toilet bowl.

I've purchased both name-brand and store-brand toilet bowl cleaners, and this one works just as well for me. It clings nicely to the bowl, cleans effectively, and leaves everything looking fresh and clean. I also like the scent—it smells clean without being overwhelming. Considering the price, it's a great value and an easy way to save a little money without sacrificing performance. I'll definitely continue buying this one.

May not cling as well around the rim as other gel-based toilet cleaners - it is runnier - but that aside, it works mostly the same. I find I have to scrub a little bit more to get any stains off, but not a super huge difference. Otherwise, its use as a disinfectant in the toilet is the same. Worth the price, even if it isn't as clingy!

Love this product but very unhappy with the last delivery. The bottle was damaged and leaking all in the bag. I started a return expecting them to tell me to discard the product and they would issue a refund. Instead, they requested for me to return the defective product back to the store. I placed the product in the bag and set it upright on my dining table until I could get back to the store to return it. The product leaked through the bag ruining the wood finish on my table. $2 refund for an expensive dining table worth much more to be ruined. For some reason, it's not allowing me to include the picture in this review.
