Great Value Traditional Cherry Pie, 34 oz (Frozen)

This is my favorite cherry pie. It is loaded with big whole cherries. There's just the right amount of juice - not all running out of the pie. The flavor of the cherries is just like those yummy ripe cherries you get when they're in season. I was so surprised when I got it as a subscription. Don't hesitate to give this a try.

The only drawback in my mind is that the crust was rather thick and not at all flakey. I mostly ignored the crust as I ate it. It was a little tart which I like in a cherry pie. But you can sparingly sprinkle with an artificial sweetener and make it sweeter if you like. At its price, I find it hard to beat and will buy it again.

I live down the street from a farm that sells homemade cherry pies so I'm spoiled on good cherry pie but I forgot to get one so I ordered this one %26 it was actually GREAT!!!! Everyone loved it %26 it was gone within an hour!

tThe taste is almost as great as the one my grandmother used to bake. And price wise, its really a good deal compated to making it yourself. Definitely worth it.

Had to write a review on this GV cherry pie. It has tons of cherries and very little juice. I was a little disappointed several months when I ordered the GV mixed berry pie because it had too much juice, even though the flavor was good. The cherry pie is not like that. The crust was a little thick for my taste, but otherwise wonderful.

I liked everything about this pie! This pie was slightly tart not too sweet and the crush tasted perfectly toasted. Highly recommend!!

My husband likes cherry pie. I bought this because of him. The pie browned well,but when I was eating a peice the crust at the bottom wasn't done as well as I would have liked it to be. I just needed to cook it a few more minutes. The taste was very good. I would buy again.

I love cherry pie but this is a bit too tart. there's not enough sugar.. it needed work so I added some butter maple syrup, let it set out at room temperature and it actually tasted great!

If I'm paying these prices then it would be nice to get a standard pie. 9 inches is the standard. I could have made my own for cheaper. I will not be buying this again.

I LOVE Cherry pie, so I was surprised that the cherries were so tart, this isn't sugar-free, I even added whipped topping and it didn't help, I was unable to eat it. If you like tart cherries, this is for you, but if not I would recommend it.
