Great Value Vintage Light Bulb 60W Equivalent Amber Light G40 E26 2 Pack

I was happy that these large bulbs fit down into my beautiful glass floor Lamp, picture included. We love the swirling, brightly lit element in the middle and the warm, golden glow that the lamp has now with this bulb in it. Really glad we received 2 bulbs, we love this look and hope the 2 bulbs will last a long time. Thanks Walmart Spark Reviewer!

This a LARGE LED based accent bulb. You can see in one of my pictures how it compares to a standard LED bulb size (with a playing card tossed in as a reference sized object). The bulb is listed as producing like equal to a traditional 60W bulb. It seems like the bulb is a little lacking in the brightness department. But it still gives off enough illumination to make a great accent light. The fact that it is an LED bulb means it will last a long long time. Just keep in mind that this bulb is not going to fit in many lamps. It is perfect for a pendant or other bare bulb applications. This is a cheap way to get creative with your home lighting.

I love this over sized vintage bulb! It looks so cool instead of a regular looking bulb. Photos don't show the coil glowing, but you can see the coil itself glowing. The bulb is glass, not plastic like some of them are. Definitely recommend these!

The vintage Edison lightbulbs bring character to a light or light socket. They are Amber in color, 60 watt They do not have mercury. Are Di able. I took an old lamp apart, removed some hardware and put bulb in that light. Make it easy for you to change things and with little cost and last. They are pretty so do not want a shade.

I love these 'Edison' Vintage style bulbs! Not only are they amazing and beautiful to look at, giving off a nice amber glow, but they use very little energy (60 Watt equivalent using only 6.5 Watt energy) and last for a very long time, the package states they can last up to 13 years at 3 hours per day usage. These are bulbs that are meant to be shown! Bare bulbs are now beautiful! The brightness of the bulbs is amazing and the fact that they are so energy efficient is a great plus. I'm so old that I remember the first Victorian house that my Grandmother bought in the '50s and it still had (but no longer used) gas light fixtures, that use piped-in gas to light lamps. So yes, I know lights and lighting. Now, in my 70's, I'm using more and more 'industrial' type lamps that show off the new style of bulbs. The light is as you see it, no coating on it. Pure energy showing and that I find fascinating. They are dimmable, although I do not have any dimmable ability lights. A big plus for me is the fact that they are easy to dispose of since they do not contain Mercury as the old frontrunners of the energy savers bulbs do. I can't wait to get and use more of these fascinating bulbs.

This bulb looks really good if you want dim lighting and need a globe light bulb. Unfortunately I did receive it broken but one survived!! The filament looks really cool. It really gives of a soft nice amber color in the room. Super great for a romantic evening or just when you want a dim light. The glass was not super thick so do not drop them. Because the globe is so big it looks like the base will not fit in a standard socket but it fits perfect. I really love the look its great for this fall and upcoming family gathering.

I have always loved these lights and to actually be able to try one out and see it in my space I love them even more! These bulbs are a great conversation piece and the perfect artistic item to add to any room. I love the extra flare it adds to my space and everyone who sees them always asks wow where did you get those.

These bulbs are pretty cool. The filament is exotic and adds a cool look that you don't have in a standard bulb. We have a fixture that has just the bulb. It came with a smaller decorative bulb so these new larger bulbs really brought out the fixture. We went to put them out front in our porch lights originally and that is when we found the problem. The bulbs are huge . Approx 5" across. These will not fit in a standard outside light that has a opening to accommodate a traditional bulb. At least in ours. So I do recommend them if you have a fixture they fit. They are unique in a good way. Just make sure your fixture can accommodate the larger bulb. That is why I gave them 4 stars because they are so specific in their use. If they were more of a universal fit then a easy 5 stars.

I was unable to use the Great Value Vintage Light Bulb 60w Equivalent Amber Light G40 E26 2 pack. First of all one was already broken into pieces when I opened the box. Second, the bulbs are enormous - almost as big as a bowling ball. I had no idea when I placed the order that they were this large. Now I must say, the bulbs are very pretty. I'm sure they would look wonderful in a large hanging pendant.

Nice vintage looking lighting. The size of the bulb with the filament is 5 1/2'x 5 1/2". 60 W equivalent amber lighting is not as bright as white light, but still lights adequately (bulbs are dimmable). I ordered 3 packages and one of the bulbs was broken so I returned at the store - they are very fragile, and not overly packaged, so beware of that. I decided not to replace on-line, but to find a store that carried them so I could make sure they were not broken. That was a challenge because not all stores carry them. But, I have been looking and these are the best price by far! Otherwise, very happy with the purchase.
