That price brought me to your store where of course I bought other things however. The fresh taste and texture made me a fan. It’s just darn good. I hope you keep it cheap. It’s a winner. Snd we always need to win Thx for making this great bread
even my father who was an absolute die hard 100% WHOLE WHEAT, this was substituted one day a few weeks ago and we kept it and now thats what everyone is using! my parents household and my own, where we were buying the great value 100% WHOLE wheat %26 the butterbread from natures own. saving us the most money to switch from the latter brand 3.49ish per loaf down to 1.42 per loaf. 💕
Great Value Wheat Sandwich Bread is a fantastic find for anyone looking for a wholesome and affordable option. First off, it tastes genuinely great – a pleasant surprise for a bread that's also health-conscious. The value is simply unbeatable, offering a good quality loaf without breaking the bank. What truly sets it apart, though, is its lower carbohydrate content, making it an ideal choice for those who need to manage their carb intake. It is a solid choice for bread that ticks all the boxes for flavor, affordability, and nutritional considerations.
Great value wheat bread that tastes fresh and wholesome. The texture is soft but still sturdy enough for sandwiches, and it has a nice, mild grain flavor. Stays fresh longer than expected and works well for toast too. Everyday eat this bread, not huge and low calorie. Love the freshness Walmart produces.
Great Value sandwich bread is not the best but the cheapest which kid will know the difference between a $4 or more for a loaf of bread and a Less than $2 Great value loaf Besides the majority of Great Value products are worth the money thanks Walmart
it's bread. barely, but it is bread. way too full of chemicals we shouldn't be eating. I lost a half a loaf of this behind something in my cupboard for almost a year and it never molded. every time I buy it now, it is hard from the store. stale and hard the day I buy it and I can't afford anything else. it sucks but if I want bread this is my only choice. the Walton's and other billionaires laugh all the way to the bank and I starve because I worked my butt off my whole life just for a life of poverty when I retire. ld love nothing more than to change things for all of us. I'd love to wipe the billionaires off the face of existence. we could be living in such a better world if only we could get decent food for a livable price. greed ruins everything and we bend over happily. let us eat cake
I realize that it is impossible for QA inspectors to tell from the outside of the loaf, but there must have been a problem in production where ingredients were not mixed uniformly to cause huge gas bubbles resulting in the huge holes in the slices of bread. Several slices were like this. I just took the photo of a couple of really big holes. This is probably just a problem with this lot because I do not recall seeing this in previous purchases... although I would not have reported small holes.
let me start by saying i've been buying this bread from Walmart for as long as i can possibly remember, it's always been great bread, but the last 4 loaves i've had delivered came barely cooked at all, the bread is completely white, no crust and you can smell that it's still not fully cooked. the quality from 'Great Value' is starting to show that they have people working there that could care less about what they are doing, smashed loaves, loaves that weren't properly shaped just a bunch of careless 'dinndo nuffins'
Great Value sliced bread could sit for 8 months without turning molding, Now four five days it's green molded something is terribly wrong with the bakery or it's sitting in Warehouse is going bad before it hits the shelves somebody needs to investigate this maybe the Board of Health in each state
I am alergic to wheat bread and will have to return and exchange this loaf idk why they picked wheat when white shoukd have been my substitute option i am sure the bead its self is fine my scire is because of me being allergic to it not anything to domwith the product its self
