Great Value stuff is the way to go! It tastes good and it’s very affordable! This cheese is easy to melt and perfect for salads or anything! This cheese is a good source of Calcium!

I bought this specifically to throw on top of a frozen lasagna, and it did exactly what I wanted it to do. It melted well, added a little extra cheesy goodness, and made the whole meal feel a bit less "straight from the freezer." Sometimes you don't need gourmet ingredients or a complicated recipe. Sometimes you just need a handful of mozzarella and the confidence to pretend you're improving upon the work of professional food scientists. The cheese had a good flavor, melted evenly, and helped create that satisfying stretchy-cheese effect that makes lasagna seem more impressive than it really is. For the price, it's hard to complain. If your frozen lasagna looks lonely, this is the friend it needs. 5 stars.

I use a lot of cheese. This Great Value brand mozzarella is full of protein and flavorful. its great on Burritos or taco with cheese sprinkled on top. Its real good added to a baked potatoe or on crackers. it would be good melted as well, its cheese.

This is what Mozzarella cheese is supposed to taste like! I was blown away by the difference between this whole milk, low moisture Mozzarella vs the part skim low moisture. It is now my go to Mozzarella cheese for all my Italian dishes, including (and especially) Pizza! This melts really nice and is super stringy when served piping hot and the taste is way, WAY better than the part skim Mozzarella!

It seems hard to find a Whole Milk Low-Moisture Mozzarella cheese anymore. I was happy to see Walmart offer this shredded Whole Milk Low-Moisture Mozzarella cheese. I use it not only making pizza, but in Stromboli and Italian sausage bread too.

This is the "go-to" cheese I love whenever I make lasagna or stuffed pasta shells. The taste is very good and it melts right without an overpowering taste letting the meat flavors come threw. I try to always use this brand as the price it right and the melting point is perfect. I also like to sprinkle some whenever I make a grilled cheese sandwich, so it tastes a bit more stronger and melting the bread to the cheese is what I'm looking for in my grilled sandwich. Try it and you will like it.

I believe this whole milk shredded mozzarella cheese is the best mozzarella on the market today. It has a nice rich, almost fresh mozzarella cheese flavor.
