The almonds helped lower my husband's high blood sugar. But they were bland. So I bought the lightly salted variety. They tasted better.

Perfect snack size
These are plain (unsalted) almonds. Perfect for me. I eat them with an apple and it's delicious. They're a great snack size and easy for grab and go! Love them! They're a staple in our snack cabinet.

great for on the go
i like how it comes in convenient packets to travel. Each pouch has more than enough almonds to quickly satisfy my cravings. in regards to the negative reviews i do believe that we are paying a much cheaper price because these must be the "rejected" almonds that didn't pass the "looks" standard. but that doesn't mean they are less nutritios or tasty/filling than the ones you find in a name brand product. ive had a couple of quirky looking ones but thats all. ive never had issues with mold growing on mines like some people mentioned. i recommend!
