Make sure you fry these with some vinegar until the gooey membrane goes away stirring constantly. This is not a defect it is how you need to cook okra so it is not gross. If you do this then you will have a very pleasant experience. This is a very good okra and I loved it in my gumbo. It had a good pop and crunch and was very tasty.

My Mom always said you'll like okra if you hovebit a chance. but only after she passed away did really try. i know fried okra is an easy try. But wait...open pack, cook for 15 minutes on low boil drain and put on plate. Sprinkle with Great Value granulsted gatlic, salt, black pepper and a couple shakes of crushed red pepper flakes. put a couple of pats of butter and. yes. a tsp of bacon drippings. Then enjoy! (I eat the small stem. just ectrs fiber!) Really very good, and healthy!!

This okra is delicious and very fresh. I like this better than fresh picked, no bruises. I will search for a larger quantity of this brand when I order next. They were eaten too quickly.

Some people are afraid of cooking OKRA… not me! I enjoy it in gumbos, beans are smothered with beef sausage over rice… DELICIOUS!

Did not receive the item. Gave me breaded okra which I dont like, and wasn't asked to substitute. Gave me what they wanted me to have. Unacceptable.

Dr. Gundry says . Okra, fresh or frozen, cut in half, a little olive oil salt and pepper, bake 400 degrees 10 min, turn over bake another 10 min. at 400 degrees again. Crispy. Feast! New oven burned them. i had just enough to taste. Yep! they were good. Never Pot chips again.
