The container is only about 1/4 full of powder when opened. A waste of a big plastic container. Tastes ok

We have taken this product for many years. Used to be very good. Lately, when we open the containers (with expiry dates still good) the carrot powder is not powder alone but clumps which are formed and I have to break them down prior to putting them in a shaker bottle. I am trying to find alternate carrot powder product from another source. Thank you.

I would accept the statement on the container that one serving equals the nutrition of 2 carrots, if based solely upon the flavor I sensed in my first usage, which was to add the powder to 8 oz of room temp water. Based upon previous reviews, I doubled the serving size, as I am accustomed to juiced carrots typically found in the refrigerated cases in a grocery store which would equate to 5 or 6 carrots in 8 oz of my usual brand. I find it rather unfair to compare a dried powder to the real deal, especially as the powder does not completely dissolve in plain room temp water. I plan on using the remainder of the powder in my recipes for bread and/or crackers rather than proceeding with attempts to drink the product. I think I will be more pleased with those end results.

You can mix up a glass of "fresh" carrot juice whenever you want one, and there is no spoiling, as there is with fresh squeezed liquid carrot juice that you either make or buy.

This is a healthy, easy supplement for when you can't juice. It doesn't taste like my rich, raw carrot juice but I am so appreciative for it when I am unable to juice.

This product is great when you can't juice your on carrots. It helps your ph balance. Amongst many other benefits.

It's a lot of work and more importantly time to make fresh juice. So convenient to just thrw in a few spoonfuls for a healthy juice alternative.
