I am a huge fan of Green Giant's frozen products in general, so I was excited to try these new restaurant style frozen veggies! When it comes to preparing a well-rounded dinner for myself and whoever I'm cooking for, sometimes putting in effort for both the entree and a side dish is just too much. With the Green Giant restaurant style sides, I've got a DELICIOUS, affordable, and effortless side dish ready in minutes! The flavors are balanced! 10/10.

This potatoes and broccoli dish has a cheddar flavoring that to me is more like a savory, mild spice seasoning than cheese; it's not a gooey cheese sauce, more a tasty coating. Broccoli is one of my favorite vegetables, but I usually always prepare it fresh, steamed, or in a moist, cheesy casserole. I was surprised how great the texture of the broccoli was after oven roasting. It was moist and tender in the stalk, but pleasantly crispy and flavorful at the outer edge of the floret.

I love the taste of the combined broccoli and the potatoes with cheese. It does have a lot of sodium but it is low fat. It is great for a quick meal to build upon.

These broccoli and potatoes crisped up nicely in the air fryer. The seasoning blend is quite tasty. However, they don't really have a cheddar flavor as advertised.
