Green Gobbler 8.25 oz. Draining Opening Pacs (3 Count)

This stuff works great! I have tried liquid plumber and others but this one beats them all. I bought this powdered one this time as I have a hard time using the bottles (have arthritis and have a hard time opening). But this works just a well as the bottled Gobbler.

My bathroom sink had been very slow to drain for several weeks. I finally bought this to try and get it working normally again. As far as ease of use goes, it was a bit tricky getting the snake to go down far enough into the pipes and back up again but it did pull a lot of hair and gunk out. The powder took some time to go down as well, I had to very slowly add the hot water and wait a bit. After several minutes it all whooshed away down the drain. By morning it was working great again, so it really did a good job removing the clog. I didn't notice any bothersome strong smell or off gassing while using it, so that was a bonus.

If I could give this 20 stars I would! Every sink in our 1950s house was clogged. They wouldn't drain and made terrible gurgling noises. I use green gobbler septic safe septic system maintenance for our original to the house septic tank , so I figured I'd try this. Put one packet in the kitchen sink and one in the bathroom sink and let it sit for two hours. Held my breath, turned on the faucets full blast and bam, water drained so fast! It's been a few days and no more gurgling! I will be using this as a maintenance product also!

These are easy to use. Make sure to follow the instructions. It leaves drains clean and smelling fresh. Excellent price for this brand.

These pre-measured packs are definitely recommended if you need to clear drains less than several times a year, or typically don't need to deal with significant clogs. For more frequent users the bottles represent a better overall price value and allow for more versatility when clearing clogs of varying sizes.

I rated it this way because it worked well on a slow drain, though it took two packets to fully clear the clog. Still, it's much easier and cleaner to use than liquid drain cleaners.

Ordered this online. It arrived, and reading the instructions, it tells me you to use a stick that was supposed to be in the package, but wasn't. I have to return this physically, and I hate leaving the house these days.
