I've had to lose weight due to health o problem. It's part of my routine and it's helped me tremendously.
Seem to work to reduce inflammation from arthritis in 24 hours. Best to take WITH food!
Definitely notice from the very first day more energy
Dumb that Walmart pushes for a review on a product that could take nearly a month or more to feel any progress with. Only been taking for about a week. Nothing notable to offer up at this time so I'll just give it 4 stars based on the notion of hypothetical improvement .
While the product is very good SAME Green Tea with Phytosomes are available on Walmart for 1/2 the price.
