Not only is it just good for your health overall but it's got 98% polyphenols 75% catechins and 45% EGCG . Those three things together cause thermogenesis, which is when the body heats the fat in your system up and turns it into liquid and removes it from your body. So not only is it great for your health overall but it's great for helping lose weight and that stubborn fat buildup. It's got a good taste. It doesn't leave a foul taste in your mouth and it's an easy to take capsule form so it isn't difficult like just pill form tablets would be. This was my first purchase of the green tea extract, but it will definitely not be my last. It's the first of many . It's great price on a great product.

I take 1 capsule each day knowing green tea has been scientifically studied and proven beneficial for my body cells, gut and brain. Commercial liquid green tea does not meet these criteria.
The capsule is easy to swallow and it helps curb your appetite without making you jittery.

According to my research, this is the green tea extract that offered the highest amount of EGCG for the dollars paid. However, my order hasn't arrived.
I love the product. I have had it before, but they sent me the wrong product this time!!! I received calcium instead of the green tea extract!!
