It dries too fast and becomes lumpy during use.

This is terrible. It is so hard and thick I cant even dip the brush in it. I had to scoop it out with my finger and I tried to apply the mud but it just fell off in clumps. I think it must be old. I already threw away the packing and now I am stuck with a green ball of clay.

This mud mask doesnt stick to your skin AT ALL. I thought i was putting it on too lightly and thats why it wasnt sticking but no. This mud mask is not with you through thick or thin. Im sad because I loved the ingredients but its horrible.

when received, it was dried, difficult to work with, and would not stay in place on the skin. It was also too thick to wven consider trying the brush. I returned it the next day.

It arrived all dried out. I tried to add water %26 rehydrate it, but it was clumpy %26 would not spread evenly. The mask also made my face itchy %26 now I have zits everywhere.

Not happy with this item at all! The problem is that the cover on the container wasn't even closed tight!!! So the air got to it and dried it all out! No good

I liked that it came with a brush for the mask. I didn't like that The brush couldn't get the mask out of the bottle and then the mask would not stick to my clean face. I had a hard time spreading it around my face. And I have no idea how to navigate your website to return this false advertisement of a product. Very disappointed.

Not a powder as stated. It's a mud mask. Stings face at first.
