Green Valley Lactose Free Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, 6 oz Pouch

Thank you so much Green Valley. This is the first time I have had mozzarella in almost 10 years. So yummy.

My expectations for a lactose-free cheese were very low. You can only imagine my surprise when I found it smooth and creamy while tasting delicious!! I used the mozzarella shreds on a home made pizza and was pleased with how readily it melted!! Even better? I didn't get that gurgly, burbly stomach. :-)

This lactose-free mozzarella was just as creamy and meltable as the package promised! I certainly didn't miss the lactose and much appreciated that it's easier on the digestion. I'm looking forward to making a pizza with it and stirring it into pasta. Haven't tried the cheddar, but I'm sure it's equally good. I only wish it was less expensive and came in larger bags!

Green Valley will be my go-to brand for Lactose free cheese in the future. I have already purchased this product again. The flavor is great but the texture is amazing! It doesn't feel or taste plastic-y like other competitors do. It also melts easier than other brands

I've never tried lactose free cheese before but I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted great and had a cheesy texture. I was expecting worse! I had some melted on toast and then turned it into an avocado and cheese sandwich, and it definitely brought a good flavor to my sandwich. I recommend this brand to anyone looking for lactose free products.

Never having a Lactose-Free dairy product before, I thought it might lack in flavor, or worse, have a strange flavor. But, no- these Mozzarella shreds taste great! Smooth, mild and meltably stringy in and on top my casserole, I wanted every bite to have cheese!

I had the opportunity to try Lactose-Free Cheese Shreds by Green Valley Creamery, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. For some reason, the word lactose-free has historically been associated with altered or lack in taste in my mind. Given some family members who need lactose free products, I try to accommodate their needs by finding decent lactose free products, and this product really shined in that department. I tried the 3-Cheese Mexican Blend. It was fresh, creamy when melted, and had a bold cheddar taste. The only drawback for me is that it costs over double the price of my usual shredded cheese at around $5.99 per bag. Other than that, I really enjoyed this lactose-free cheese option for my family!

I tried Lactose-Free Mild Cheddar Cheese Shreds, and thought it was as good as regular cheese. Melts nicely on top of chili to offset the spice! Has pretty much the same consistency & taste as normal cheese. Shredded form is easy to use in recipes and for toppings. Very good!

Typically when I think of lactose free cheese I think it will not taste the same as regular cheese. I was pleasantly surprised by this cheese as I could not taste the difference. It melted beautifully. I definitely see myself buying this cheese again in the future.

Lactose free mozzarella shreds made a delicious snack right out of the bag. They were creamy and full of flavor for being lactose free. The texture would do really well if melted, especially for mozzarella baguettes with olive oil and oregano. The only thing is the bag is only 6oz. instead of the usual 8oz. you would get with bagged cheese.
