Greenball Ultra Turf 18X8.50-8 6-Ply Rated Lawn Mower Tire, Turf Tire for Riding Mowers and Lawn Tractors, Tire Only

I purchased these for the rear of my Zero-Turn lawn mower. This is a great quality 6 ply tire for the price. In fact it was the best tire for the price that I could find anywhere. The only negative is the way they are packed for shipping. They come as individual, loose, tires. They are not shipped in a box or bag. They are compressed in to a triangle shape with heavy zip ties. When the ties are removed, this heavy 6 ply tire, does not return to the original shape. I tried placing them in the sun, using ratchet straps, and several other methods to restore the shape. I finally stuffed a large car tire sized inner tube inside the tire and inflated it. That method pushed the tire back out to a more rounded shape again. I left it like that over night in a warm location. This made the tire at least mountable. Once installed on the wheel, it should round out when rolling. If you want to bubble balance these, they have to be totally rounded out before doing so. They are still well worth the price.

Very good quality love the tread design. It's gonna make a great addition to my lawn tractor.

6 ply and a good price. Wow. Got them in and installled one in about an hour. Hot and I learned. Did the second the next day. 30 minutes. I read someone had theirs folded in half at time of delivery and created issues. These were strapped together and no bends in the sidewall. Good luck.

This is a 6-ply rated tire which provides a deep tread and a robust carcass. It's not the 'run-of-the-mill' lawnmower tire. This is an honest to goodness load carrying tire. There's just no comparison to the cheaper built "Carlisle" types.

Tires were perfect choice for replacement on golf cart. I appreciated prompt delivery.

The way the tires were banded together for shipment caused them to have a concave groove in the middle. This made it very difficult to seat the tires on the rim. Other than that everything was fine.

Tires arrived without damage. I mounted and seated the bead pretty easily using a HF mini tire changer. I am impressed with the quality having 6 plys at this price, and they look very similiar to the tires that were on my New Holland TZ25 that are a different brand, so I believe they are manufactured by the same company/plant and sold under multiply names (some costing a lot more then these). Have been mounted for about a week and have not lost air. Pleased for the price and quality and am only giving 4 stars because I am not sure about the longevity. Would purchase again if they last a good long while.

I ordered a full set of matching tires of this brand and style for a mower and what I received when I went to pick them up at the local store were inferior substitutions of two different brands. I got a refund and I'll find somewhere else to get what I need.
