A great Beginner Sized Pastry Board- Great Quality
Genuine quality marble! (I'm no expert, but this definitely feels cold to the touch and is heavyweight like real stone. I am impressed at the quality for the price, it's the size of an average notebook/printer paper, so I wish it was larger, but all in all a good beginner pastry board for myself. I am going to use this to temper chocolate and laminate pastries, and I feel confident it will help up my level of baking! Especially after a nice chill in the fridge or freezer!

Long lasting and clean.
It doesn't put particulates of plastic or wood into the food.

Not real marble
I don't think the board is real marble it's very lightweight. The size is OK but could be bigger.
