This bidet is easy to use and install. It says no tools required, however I recommend using an adjustable wrench or grip pliers to fully tighten the parts to prevent leaking. It comes with very clear instructions and can be done in under an hour. The spray trigger allows you to control the water pressure and is very touch sensitive.

This packaging was in point. This was super easy to assemble. The directions were straightforward enough. The product is exactly as shown. The brushed nickel goes well with my bathroom. You use the sprayer from the front, which is more sanitary. The water flow is adjustable at the sprayer handle. I just wish the water was warmer.

This is my second bidet only because I moved! Have been using for two years. So nice for someone with limited use of arthritic hands. Feel fresh and clean every use of bathroom. I literally can't stand not having it now! Love it!

Buying this 2nd time. First one was better. Quality has gone down.

Apparently looks good but bad performance, very sharp edges, cut my finger while installing. In a week time started leaking and ruined bathroom. Must be refunded.

This product is cheaply made. Didn't fit my toilet connection. Contacted seller and wasn't able to get my refund. They want pictures and proofs (non-sense). Do not buy waist of money

tldr: sprayer burst flooding my bathroom Do not buy!! I've been using this product for the past few days and it was great. Later, I realized that the coil around the sprayer from the sprayer end was unraveling, causing water buildup. I think nothing of it and next thing I know, I'm walking into the bathroom and it's completely flooded due to the sprayer bursting.
