We have been looking for a quality cutting board, and this one fits the bill. It's a great size for a large turkey, it has the center pyramid that actually helps to keep the meat in place, it has a reservoir for the juices to collect, and a pour spout to help eliminate spills. It's an attractive board, and being made from bamboo, it's safe and durable. Comes with a lifetime warranty. We like it so much, we bought two more for our sons.

I ordered this to serve Prime Rib and to slice the roast on, it worked amazingly well and I highly recommend this item.

Came on time for thanksgiving turkey.

While having bamboo nibs sounds like a good idea, in practitmskes it difficult to cut . Better a flat surface, perhaps with four steel nibs to hold the roast in place.
