This raises planter came in one box and was VERY EASY to assemble. I am elderly and was able to put it together with no tools needed. The slates slide easy into the grooves provided. I’m thinking of buying another one!

We saw this item on other sites for more money than Walmart was selling it for. We absolutely love this item and will for sure order more. We honestly couldn’t be happier with this item. All the pieces were in the box and it was easy to put together. We did stain the outside of our cedar raised garden bed so that it would look better on our deck.

I ordered three Cedar elevated garden beds. I was able to assemble them myself. Some parts slid into the grooves more easily than others. Keeping the parts squared is critical to assembly. The biggest concern are the slats for the bottom. They were not carefully measured, and in the 3rd box, in particular, some of the slats keep falling out because they are not long enough. It is a good thing they sent 20 slats instead of the 19 indicated in the directions, because everyone will be needed to keep from losing dirt out of the bottom eventually. They look nice and the general frame appears sturdy. I look forward to seeing how they stand the test of time and reduce wear and tear on the body.

This raised bed was priced fairly for the quality. I bought it to grow strawberries and was able to add a cage cover to it to keep the birds out.

Disappointed that one of the long sideboards is severely warped.
