At first my Sadie spit this out…I was beside myself cause her meds were rather large and couldn’t be cut in half. Made no sense to me cause it was a chewable pill. Anyway I gave it back to her and she chewed it all up. Now I have no problem giving her meds. I was hesitant using these but when her doctor gave the same thing with a pill in it..I ran to order this. Be advised no matter how large the meds are..the pocket is very pliable. Works much better than trying to wrap cheese around the pill. They taste the peanut butter and not the bitter pill.

My fur baby had to take a round of antibiotics, Pill Pockets made it easy for him to take. Just slip the meds in and close it up. They are a little calorie/fat dense but for the short duration of use and the hassle free pill use, it’s worth it. I imagine the taste is super good because the pill pockets I have left he wants to eat as treats!

My sweet pup has an autoimmune disease and he lets me know exactly how mad at me he is when I hide his meds in anything other than these (yes he is bougie even turning his nose up at the other flavors I bought by accident once (never made that mistake again lol)

I have a 12 year old cattle dog with seizures. He doesn’t like to just swallow pills dry, but let’s be honest- who does? I get the most bang for my buck with these by flattening them in my palm to a little oval shape then rolling his two pills into it. I roll the sides around kinda like a button when that’s done, pinch the sides closed and give a little bit of the excess to our other dog so they both get a little something. My dogs both love them and I never struggle to give them medications.

I have a 16-year-old Shih Tzu that is starting to have some aches and pains. I give him a supplement that has things in it for arthritis plus willow bark for pain. He will eat them sometimes by themself, but he always eats them without an issue when I place the tablet inside one of these pill pockets. They are large enough for the whole tablet to fit inside and he gobbles up his medicine and begs for more.

These pill pockets are the answer to giving dogs pill form medication. They hide the smell of the medication and my dogs swallow them whole. They’ll eat these “treats” without any medication hidden within so I fully recommend. Plus, they’re supple enough to mold around even large pills.

If you have a capsule, you can also empty the capsule in these and then squish it all together and give it to them. I do that with my medicine, even if it comes in a pill form … an easy way if they won’t eat, it is just to open their mouth and drop it in the back of their throat for some cats you have to do that for a dog you shouldn’t, and then after dropping it in the back of their throat, just rub underneath their chin and keep their head up till they swallow it

These pill pockets have been a game changer for medicine time. I was looking for a treat or some dog food that I could blend his medicine in and came across these, thought I would give it a shot and it’s a clear winner. I love the fact that I can crush the pills and then just blend them into the pill pocket as well as wrap the pill inside of the pill pocket. My dog absolutely loves this treat. I have a small dog so I usually break the one treat into a few little balls and serve it to him on his plate. I give him a bit of privacy and when I come back, the plate is clean! He gets his meds twice a day and now looks forward to it. I’m so thankful that I found these pill pockets. A bag of 30 for less than $10 will do as long as I’m able to cut medicine time in half without the fuss and hassle of trying to get my dog to eat all of the peanut butter, which is what I have been using before finding this gem. We love it!

These have made it a breeze to give meds to not only our dog but also our cats! The bag seems a bit expensive at first glance, but it lasts forever. You just have to make sure it's well sealed or else the pill pockets can dry out. We have used these to administer different sizes and types of meds (pills, capsules, etc.) to both our Shetland Sheepdog and our two tabby cats. They immediately gobble them down and don't even seem to realize the meds are in there. The pill pockets themselves are two big for our small dog or cats, but that's totally fine because we just pull off pieces of the pockets and mold them around the meds, meaning that one pill pocket can be used to administer meds on two or three different occasions. Animals love these and they don't seem to cause any stomach upset or negative side effects!

Great product. Two dogs need to take medicine and they look forward to their pill time. I have to hide the package because they'll try to steal it. Only downfall is the price.
