I first purchased hemp hearts for the health benefits. It was important that they are certified organic as well. I started adding them to salads, soups, smoothies %26 homemade granola. They not only a packed with nutrients but have an enjoyable taste %26 texture. I'm on my third bag %26 will continue to purchase.

It is my first time trying hemp hearts and I've actually enjoyed them sprinkled on oatmeal. I am sure I will find other uses for them too. I like the nutty flavor.
