First time trying these pans, I replaced a bunch of old nonstick pans and was pleasantly surprised to find that the Green Life pans are also very nonstick. I use a little oil or butter, cook everything on low or medium, and so far everything has turned out great. I love the quality and the handles. I did notice a tiny nick in the edge of one of the pans, I'm not sure if this is something I did while cooking/cleaning, or if they came that way, but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchase.

I originally bought this cookware because I heard it was safe to use around my parakeets. It emits no harmful fumes. I didn't expect to like it so well. They are non stick, so easy to clean up and they look great. I liked the cook ware so well ,I ended up buying their baking sheets also. I also love the reasonable prices.

So far we really love them, the cooking surface is extremely nonstick. The pans look great and are very light to handle. Just wish the outer coating was a little more stainproof - we are scrubbing stovetop religiously to keep the bottoms looking good hanging in the kitchen.

We had a couple of their pans previously, but despite our handwashing and cooking at medium or lower temperatures, the nonstick wore off after less than a year. I purchased this set in hopes that, because they're oven safe to a higher temperature, they may hold up better, but after week 1 the medium frying pan is already losing its non-stick if we don't put A LOT of oil in the pan. For health reasons, we generally only put 1 tbsp oil, but this requires 5+ to ensure the food doesn't stick. Big. Fat. Bummer. Great price, but if it doesn't work, not a great value.

Bought this for my daugther for Christmas. When she opened it, I couldn't believe there was only one saucepan. 3 skillets??? and only ONE saucepan??? I looked it up again to make sure. Yep....only ONE saucepan!!!!! What's up with that? Not to mention it says not recommended for the dishwasher!! Who doesn't put everything in the dishwasher???
