This seems to be a great battery. liFePo4 is the way to go for RV Trolling motor use for the outdoors enthusiast. Light weight and able to drain down to 10 percent at full voltage. FYI to readers. This battery takes a special charger made to charge lithium type batteries. Second, My battery is a top post type but the battery only comes with screws for ring lugs. Lead posts for clamp on style hook up will have to be purchased separately. They are hard to find to match the thread size used on the battery.
Very nice, weights is awesome .stay charged longer. Boat electronics run clean . Weight is 16 lbs. I run just for Garmin and Humminbird . Very nice batteries! Like them also removed over 100 lbs in boat weight!
I wanted to make a power station, and used this for the battery. i put it into battery box with 12v and usb receptacles on it. But to use 110v items, i had to buy a decent inverter. Then to properly charge the battery, i bought a 20amp lithium charger. Finally, i added a charge controller and solar panel for more off grid uses. Overall, it works good, and i can run a Keurig coffee maker a dozen times before the charge is too low. Today I am using a small slow cooker, and making jimbalya. My only gripe is the lack of any specifications or manual with the battery. Being a newbie to this, that would have been helpful. I think this would be a great trolling motor battery, or battery for a UPS system.
I used this battery 5 times and it failed. Finally got a response from customer support. They sent another charger. It still doesn’t hold a charge. They finally sent a pick up slip. I sent it back. Now I can’t get a response from them to let me know if they even got it. I’ve been dealing with this for over 2 months and still nothing. Support stinks and battery is crap. Don’t buy!!!!
We bought two of these batteries in August and one of them has already failed. The seller is using AI generated responses confirmed by ChatGPT to respond saying incorrect data about the charger we used to recharge the battery. DO NOT PUrCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!!!
Got a defective battery which Walmart is not refunding, after my trying to charge it several days . I count 14 back and forth emails between me, Walmart, and their Vendor. This is in addition to the over one to two hours I spent driving to Walmart, getting a buggy, pushing it to Customer Service, then to their Auto Service Center, etc. and talking to those five different Walmart people (one a Supervisor) about this. Then taking the battery back to the car, and being promised a refund was on the way that day and ticket to pick up the battery, by Walmart Rep. Seems they do the selling, accept the payment, but then distance themselves and say they cannot help you, have to talk to their Vendor? Then the Vendor tells you to return on Walmart site, and the only option there is to contact their Vendor. Yes, the old run around, and had to just file a dispute with PayPal.
Not “LifePo” brand, cheap knock off and of questionable quality. Installed, tested and show draw down-rate significantly faster the our old school LA batteries. Should have known, price was to good to be true. Avoid disappointment and skip these low quality “Lifepo” knock-offs. Oh and don’t expect on time shipping from WM or their choice of independent resellers 😡
Don't order this product. It's not from Walmart and if you need to return or replace Walmart will not offer any support
died first use. used 2 of these batteries for 24v trolling motor. looks like signs of over heating on the top of the battery. the other battery seems fine but both were new so i dont have high hopes.
Piece of crap battery, only had it out on the water 1 time ( used it for my Live Scope) and it went out. Walmart only has a 30 day return window so when I found out it crapped out the 2nd trip out , it was too late to return it. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BATTERY , if you do and it craps out on you , remember I tried to warn you.
