I own a full set of All-Clad stainless pans, but I didn't own a non-stick pan. I purchased my first one a few years ago. I have since added to my collection with two of these omelet pans. All I can say is WOW. I took a little time to learn to cook at a much lower heat. I use them daily.
It's the perfect egg pan. Eggs cook easily and do not stick. The pan's top and bottom clean easy. Will be looking at buying more pans in the future.

BEST non stick I have ever owned. As a former chef, I do all of the cooking at home. These pans are so worth it. I reheated COLD mashed potatoes, straight out of the fridge, and they didn't stick one bit, and slid right out of the pan without any nudging or spatula needed.
So happy with this purchase! These pans are super easy to use. I haven’t had any issues with sticking as long as I’m using oil, and the clean up process has been a breeze. I will say it’s a little harder to get a nice sear on some things compared to my last set of pans, but it’s getting easier the more I use them. I’ve only been using for about a month, but they are holding up great and they get used every day.
Bought this for 2 of my nephews & have one for myself! It's the perfect size, cooks food beautifully without sticking, cleans wonderfully & the best part, it comes with a lid! The price is also reasonable. This is a great fry pan & worth every penny! The handle is easy to grip. It's oven safe & made with healthy material so I know I'm cooking food that is safe to eat!
I love my 11" Chatham skillet. I "bake" my biscuits in it, cook multiple small pancakes, "steam" my veggies. I'm a whole food plant based eater. I'm delighted to have a green pan that I can trust to not leach toxic chemicals into my food
Excellent for most with the exception of Dutch Baby Pancakes which do not rise as high since the sides are lower and more out-tipped than other higher and with a bit of curve back at the top of the pan. My husband loves the GreenPan collection we are building.
The Chatham Stainless 12” and 10” frypans are gorgeous and seem like they will last a very long time. The non-stick is flawless as I expect from Greenpan (I'm still using pans from this brand that are 12 years old). They were heavier than I expected and thinner as well, and seem to get very hot even on low burner settings, so I am still trying to figure out how to cook my usual foods in them.
Small fry pan already showing wear signs and unable to clean even after following the recommended use and care guidelines. Large fry pan still good.
