GreenPan Essence 5QT Jumbo Ceramic Nonstick Sauté Pan with Lid, Oven Safe, Dishwasher Safe, Gray

I bought this pan because of Green Pan's reputation as being quality ceramic cookware. Initial impression was how light the pan was weigh wise and liked the squared walls verse rounded whereas the diameter of the bottom is smaller than the top of the pan. Ceramic coating has a nice sparkle to it and no chipping on cooking surfaces although the rim has some thin areas. Heat up is a bit slow, but maybe because it was recommended to warm pan before adding food and cooking oil. So far cleans up so easy and food doesn't stick. Mostly cooking ground itailian hot sausage with onions, greens (kale and baby spinach) and red cabbage. Also tomato sauce has not stain finish. Handle was comfortable and did not get hot (did not use in oven). Happy with it and good value (moderate price range). I have other ceramic cookware that cost less, and time will tell how they will stand up to the rigors of cooking.

Love it and it is chemical free-non stick-the bottom is even and it sticks to the burner where it does not slide around the glass stove top-which was unexpected but great since we have small kids in the house! Large and deep too, we use it for everything!

Love the size! I use this a lot every week and it has been great! I've used it about 10 times or less so far and it's been in the dishwasher. So far, the quality has been great and love that it's nontoxic!

You MUST use medium heat it frys great ! The nonstick is unreal, wipes out fast and easy. Replacing all my pots and pans to this safer surface. Highly recommend

Expensive but good quality pans with no PTFE or other toxic chemicals. We only cook our food on ceramic or stainless steel.

At first I was not going to get it because it was a bit pricier than I wanted, but I'm glad I did. It's been a great pan.

This pan is a dream come true.

I've recently moved and decided to just throw out all my scratched and beat up old pans and have been just buying what I need instead of purchasing an entire set. 4 stars because I haven't had this item long enough for a longterm review. It's a medium heat pan which is fine for me. Great size for anything. I have W and I ordered this pan same day delivery, price was adjusted to be $18 cheaper than the online price when my order was being prepared. That's a win for me, I was automatically refunded for the in store price but I'm sure if the online price is inflated which is annoying.

I purchased this pan to replace one that was missing from a set that I ordered from Walmart.com. However, when it arrived I discovered that it was so huge that it wouldn't fit on my stove. It was twice the size of the missing pan.
