GreenPan Hudson Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, 9.5" Frying Pan, Black

Enjoying this non-stick pan, works very well. Bought a Greenpan in the past but the screws that connect the handle to the pan make it more difficult to clean, especially when cleaning off scrambled eggs, it's a total hassle cleaning around them. This one is so much easier to clean. Note that it appears to be a wooden handle but it's plastic.

So far it's been great just as the rest of the Hudson Family. Just remember they can go from stove top to oven but the max oven temperature can only be 340 degrees as the handles will melt.

Love this pan. This is our most used pan (daily) so this is our second one. We purchased the whole set a couple years ago. We've done a pretty good job of not letting the oil carbonize- we only use avocado oil, don't put the temp too high, and we hand wash gently. I think that really makes the non stick last longer (compared to our old Green Pan set before we knew the proper way to care for them.

I've had the pan for over a month now and use it daily – eggs, scrambles, sauteed veggies, burgers. Nothing has stuck to it so far and the cleaning is as easy as it gets. Don't know how well it'll hold a year from now, but so far I have zero complaints

Love that this pan has no screws (to hold on the handle) inside the pan. It makes it so much easier to wash. I love that this has a glass lid, perfect for cooking sunny side-up eggs so I can see them. I put on the lid and allow a bit of the top of the egg to cook (I'm always worried about salmonella).

This is a great size pan. This is my first experience with ceramic pans and I have fallen in love with them. So easy to cook and clean. I cannot wait to get more!

I bought this pan specifically to make potstickers—having a lid was important. The nonstick ceramic surface holds up and the cooking surface diameter is perfect. It's also lightweight. Yay!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pan! There is nothing like a fresh nonstick pan. The first time you crack an egg on it and it just slips and slides everywhere. This pan was able to meet that standard. Only needs a little bit of oil. And it comes with a little sticker of the "rules" on how to use it. So I've put that on our fridge because it looks like a nice magnet. Overall, it's a winner! Just don't try to sizzle anything on it at high heat and you'll have a long lasting pan.

After years of using just cast iron and stainless steel, my husband begged me for something he could cook eggs in without spending an hour cleaning it up off the pan. This passed the test with flying colors! Even burnt on egg without oil was a breeze to clean. I did see some reports that their proprietary non-stick surface contains some less than ideal ingredients, so there may be a bit of green washing. Overall we're still really happy with it for occasional use!

This pan worked well for a month or so but unfortunately I left it preheating longer than recommended (5 mins compared to 90 seconds) and it destroyed the non-stick features. The eggs no longer slide off the pan but now get stuck :(.
