GreenPan Performance Pro Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frypan Set

I use this pan every morning to cook eggs (sunnyside up) and the eggs just slide out. I can turn them over with ease as they don't stick. I use a little bit of olive oil and use a rubberized brush to coat the pan. That's all it takes and clean up is the easiest. I'm going to donate my copper cook pans as my eggs stick on them even with oil.

Pans heat quickly and evenly. They clean up very easily. Even though they are dishwasher safe, they clean so easily I just clean them by hand. The non-stick feature works very well.

I am very happy with the Valencia Pro 17pc cookware set that arrived a few weeks ago. After 40 years of my beautiful copper and stainless steel pans I had to let them go as they didn't work on my new induction cooktop. I scoured the thrift stores for compatible pots but I recently baby sat a friend's doggies and got to use her set of green pan cookware. I was very impressed, she has a set of the Padova pale green version which are gorgeous too but don't really suit my decor. I was going to hold out for the black set to come back in stock, but I really do like the subtle dark grey finish. They are a delight to cook with, very easy to clean even after baking a sticky casserole. They are a comfortable weight for me and I am thrilled to be able to chuck out my old Teflon pans for a safer ceramic finish. I am very impressed and am considering purchasing a set for my partner's family so their toddlers have a toxic free start to life.

It's a light weight, making easy to cook. Food slides right off with little oil. I appreciate that it PFAS free, making it healthier for users, giving me peace of mind when cooking for family. It's easy to clean. At this stage, this is my best pan!!! Highly recommended

Besides being aesthetically beautiful, it feels wonderfully smooth to hold, very ergonomically sound and lightweight. I cooked my usual egg breakfast in the pan. I have to say, it cooked faster, more evenly and the end product looked better than my usual pan breakfast. I will even go as far to say it tasted better too. The pan was easy to clean - food simply wiped out in one go. I decided not to use the dishwasher and am glad because using a sponge was easy. Very, very pleased with this pan. Will be cooking all of my meals in it from now on.

These pans have excellent nonstick properties and are easily cleaned. Plus, they are free from PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium, ensuring toxin free cooking. The stainless steel handles stay cool on the stovetop for chef comfort.

The instructions are short, easy to understand and detailed. So far I use non scratching not sure for long term usage. The only concern is the handle is stainless steel and can get hot to touch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently given the opportunity to test out the GreenPan Australia Valencia Pro Frypan 26cm. Suitable for cooking on all surfaces including induction, gas, electric, halogen or ceramic. I loved its diamond-infused, ceramic nonstick coating is free from PFAS & PFOA, and its dishwasher safe. The nonstick properties of this pan were next level. Only a small amount of oil or butter is needed a literally nothing was stuck to the pan. The handle does get a little hot, so users should be mindful of this. I'm not super savvy in the kitchen so personally I would opt for an electric frypan but was otherwise happy with how this pan performed.

They advertise the non-stick frying pans as being tough and scratch resistant. Yet, when you buy one, it has a small disclaimer telling you to read this first before using it. In it, it tells you the various issues it can have. Like, don't use cooking sprays as it can damage the coating, use only low to moderate heating, don't use nylon dish brushes as it can damage the coating and so on. So much for it being scratch resistant and robust. Sounds like a delicate little flower. So, the company is misleading the consumer. I mean, is it robust or not? If it can't handle a simple dish brush, then how can it be scratch resistant and so forth?
