GreenPan Premiere Ovenware Ceramic Nonstick 13" x 9" Quarter Sheet Pan

As the holidays continue, so does the baking! I used he 18 X 13 premiere ovenware ceramic nonstick half sheets to make pumpkin cookies. You don't need wax paper or oil spray to coat these pans. The cookies NEVER stick to the pan. Clean up is a breeze - a quick rinse to remove the crumbs and you can make more cookies.

First we baked pumpkin seeds. They turned out perfectly, slid right off the pan, and left no marks at all. Next we baked my daughter's famous chocolate chip cookies. Same outstanding results and they browned perfectly on the bottom. You could just wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Next is oven baked bacon and pork chops. I am confident they will turn out even better than ever!

Having two half sheet non-stick small pan for appetizers and baking cookies has been great! They bake evenly, are super non-stick, so it makes clean up easy. They cool quickly. Storage is even easier with smaller pans. They are light-weight and easy to lift from oven (I am "old" and have arthritis and a shoulder prosthetic) and are especially well-designed for handling safely. I LOVE them and my other green pans.

I love Green Pan. I've had the cookware for 5 years and looks brand new. Decided to get some bakeware too and need to get more to replace those old pans I have.

This pen is the perfect size for so many things. Great for roasting vegetables and perfect for making cookies too. I couldn't believe how easy it was to clean the pan after roasting potatoes. On my old cookie sheets, the potatoes would stick so terribly to the pan, making it very difficult to clean, even using plenty of olive oil. So pleased with this product.

These pans are sturdy. Food just glides off of them. They clean up nicely. I m definitely sold on Green Pans and will be adding to my collection!

I love this pans! Food slides out like a dream and they are dishwasher friendly. Worth the investment!

I love how it cooks and cleans. It's far superior to traditional baking sheets. Surface is a little thin and subject to scratches. Avoid contact with metal utensils.

I realize the sizes are given prior to purchase, but these pans even though they are high quality, are way too small, especially for the price. I would like them to be twice their size. Since purchasing them, we have cooked veggies on them several times. I originally purchased them for the safety and health features as this is very important to me. I will not purchase this size again. Also, they do not allow the food to brown as quickly as traditional cookie sheets, so know that you will need to cook your food longer and flip it more often while cooking. Additionally, they recommend no Olive Oil for cooking on these pans. I used Avocado Oil and it works well. I love the concept, but hope they come out with larger pans that are more useful when baking/cooking.
