These pans are exactly what we were looking for! These non toxic, ceramic, non stick pans work exactly as described, even cooking eggs perfectly and nonstick as advertised. Conveniently sized pan set makes for perfect use no matter what we are cooking. Would highly recommend these to anyone looking for an efficient and healthy nonstick pan set!

I am really pleased with my new set of Greenpan Reserve Ceramic Nonstick Cookware! The gold handles stood out on this particular set. I even got my husband to hang my favorite, most utilized skillet above my cooktop. Cleanup has been a breeze. I normally am cooking omelettes, but I made a huge skillet of Brazilian Moqueca de camarão, Coconut Shrimp Stew, and this cookware did not disappoint. I also saw the new Ice Cream Maker in the Greenpan emails after signing up, so my husband purchased it recently. We've made ice cream and shakes half a dozen times so far, and it's been delicious. It's great that you don't have to freeze the mixture nor worry about ice. It's mix and go. My favorite recipe is for the classic vanilla ice cream, which has a touch of salt that elevates the flavor. Both the cookware set and ice cream maker have been solid investments that we are enjoying.

Amazing capabilities in all forms of pan cooking: pork chops & steaks, braising, stir-fry, best eggs ever. And then when finished, even after steaks and pork chops, gentle wipe under water with soapy washcloth makes them look brand new literally in seconds.

Our old pans were starting to get worn and no longer non stick. I wanted something more stylish, but still have to perform. We've only been using for a few weeks- but they truly are nonstick (eggs being the best test) and they heat up very quickly and evenly on our induction stovetop. So far they are great, but I guess if they lose some of their functionality over the year I will try to repost a review.

When cooking with several other cookware, I have found that GreenPan is my favorite. Very easy to clean, cooks through evenly and I really am happy about the health aspects of these pans. Highly recommend them

These pans are simply the best I have ever used. Easy to use and nothing ever sticks~Love them! I purchased the lid for the 12" and it really makes for a workhorse in the kitchen!

First of all so cute. Second, easy to cook on and very easy to clean. Nothing gets stuck and has to be scrubbed off. Heat distributes evenly as far as I've observed, and of course the color is perfect.

This set is beautiful and wonderful to cook with, but there are some important things to keep in mind. I was a little concerned after reading the instructions that olive oil is not recommended. I cook almost exclusively with olive oil. That being said, so far, so good. I haven't had any issues. I try not to cook on too high of a heat. I also make sure to clean by hand with the soft side of the sponge. The outside of two of my pans have already scratched, despite handling pretty carefully. I have each one lined when stacked, but placing into the cabinet, it did hit the side of the cabinet on the way in/out with the bottom pan. I think the inside is coated differently and a little more durable. I would have loved for a larger pot to come with this set and I'll likely have to purchase one separately because this pot is not large enough (for me at least) with sauces, soups, stews, etc. I'll rely on my Dutch oven for those. All in all, the food cooks really well and I've been enjoying the results and ease of the non-stick coating with cleaning.

After only 5 mos of use 2 of the pans are scratched and chipping. I've used the pans 3 or 4 times a week and followed the instructions for use and care: glass top stove, stored in a cabinet with liners between pans, hand washed after allowing to cool, no abrasive cleaners (You don't need them. The non-stick feature is really good.), no metal utensils, no oil or sprays, never put them in the oven, or used high heat. I reached out to Customer Service and was told this is NORMAL wear and tear and NOT COVERED by the warranty. I expected more from this company. Very disappointed.

Does not stand up to my Valencia pans, which these replaced. The quality is far poorer. After two weeks of use, the pans are already chipping. They get too hot on med low heat which says something about the quality of their construction. They get fast, but but it's obvious these are bottom off the line offerings from green pan. I'm so disappointed and wish we had done more looking around because there is no ways I'll get 4 years out of these like I did my last set.
